And as I'm using an elf (and thus have low-light vision) and am using my googles (who are also equipped with thermographic vision and vision enhancer 3) the darkness penalty will not apply.

Hey, in fact if Omar opens the door remotely (thus saving my simple action), I could just use one action to take aim (with vision magnification, I can make the range be treated as short in place of using a +1 modifier) and shoot him with my other simple action.

That's a good approach. You can also run (but not sprint, since sprinting is a simple action, and running a free one) after him, that will reduce your distance modifier (to 7 meters), but this will introduce modifier for running.

that gives us just 3 CT more according to Sen, as the remaining hackers outside the facility will notice and call the sec on their own.

Imitating voice is a good idea, but it will take long for all of them to gather,
RL example how many minutes would your workplace need to gather? at least 5 and that's the max we can spend if we do not want to deal with a chase involving a helicopter and battlemage.
We might ask them to leave the vicinity, say that there is a bomb in the facility and detonate the small one witch will only cut the Elec lines, as a intensive for a faster run outside.

I would also suggest we blow the transmitter on the way out. It is essential that we take what ever we can get of value to offset our cost and brings us Nuyen. If like I could use another spirit of air service to coceal and transport heavy items to the van or where ever we are locating them. This would be like car engines or a car if needed, it is a force 5 air spirit so i can imagine it could bear alot of wieght. Secondly, I'm going to astal percieve to see if I can find armory..(weapons and armor storage)
