Well I was thinking about that truck also, but next delivery would be maybe tomorrow at the morning and that should make Johnson a bit jumpy...
And talking about being cornered by guards...well, they have fence, not the wall, and even the wall maybe wont stop me from getting in to pick you up. If thing go south, Ill be there to provide armored shelter...

We may intercept the driver and chat a little with him, but showing interest in this particular facility will probably raise suspicions. Other employees, one from RMD itself, would be easier to fool in this way, but there's a chance we get someone that will not be able to talk about more than a very tiny fraction about the facility: the place where he works. We can still try, even though.

I'm not sure if this is a great way of doing the deal. The possibility of blowing the surprise factor is not something we should take lightly. I prefer having a neat plan before approaching someone related to RMD, and the great dance must be done tonight. Aren't there other possibilities of using our times? I don't know, maybe producing some information that may fool others in linking the accident we will cause to us, or making the facility to have a little more difficulty in attaining social credibility to reorganize resources?

it all boils down to a simple question:

"Can you get me 10 Laés Cigarette, with a delivery deadline of tonight?"

Sam could swear the answer took hours to travel through the com ...

You got this number from Cursor, correct? Give him my regards. The Johnson is still impressed with his performance last run. No problem about the Laes. Make the transfer, and name address, I'll send the courier your way.
Sorry for a small delay ;)

color=green]I should probably get us trough the gate, but i hope on Ryker to give us a levitate, as we are not sure of their real capabilities no need to take unnecessary risks. he could provide the invisibility spell for you as well, if he has any of them that is.[/color]

I do have spells that can help us on the infiltration. Looks at Cursor, I too would like to be part of the infiltration team. In case we by chance come across something of the magical nature, I'm the best fit to take care of it. As far as retreat goes If need be I can get us enough cover to get out.

The discussions continue. You missed the meeting with Zombies gang leader. Probably he won't be happy about that or maybe he won't care.

Soon after the meeting time the scouting drone reported another movement. At noon a truck marked with Rocky Mountain Dynamics logo has docked and loading started. At 1:15 PM another truck has arrived. This time it was bearing marks of the Hephaestus Tech. While it was docked at 1:25 PM the RMD truck drove out heading north. About an hour later at 2:00 PM the Hephaestus truck drove out and a facility vehicles begun fetching pallets of cylindrical items to the assembly line.

It is now 02:30 PM the shift is nearing it's end. You munch the lunch and discuss the option once again.
Sorry for a small delay ;)

"Here's the deal, guys," Fractal raises from his seat and starts explaining how he sees the situation, "we have to invade the facility tonight, and the first step there is to amputee its alarm system. Then, we must tap their wired system so that our hackers and techies can gain access to it, making a bridge through it so that we can implant false information, tamper with the system and steal valuable data. Then, if it's possible, and having a demolitions expert on the team makes me think it is, we need to make damage to the machinery and assembly line so as to halt production, and maybe steal some equipment to complement our paycheck. Last but not least in this moment, we need to leave the area."

The changeling elf stands in front of a mirrored surface and adjust his bandana.

"The limitations are as follow: we are not allowed to produce any casualty, we should avoid damage to the building and the area. Maybe not that difficult. The real problems are that we don't know where the security console is (though Sam here has a decent, rational guess), and even finding it is no guarantee that we may disable it. We have found what we believe is the assembly programming console on our last 'trix pick nick, but we could not access it since it was encrypted and booby-trapped. We would do well expecting to find the same security measure in all their important programs."

Satisfied with his looks, Fractal turns to the crew again: "Is there any beer left? I really could use some..."

He takes off his glasses, showing his silver eyes for the first time. The light of the room create an effect of chromatic aberration in their surfaces that produce fractal-like figures. Cleaning his glasses lens, the elf comments: "But there's our friend Erik Fjordson, Rocky Mountain Dynamics facility general manager. His position is a safe indicative that he may have the passcodes we shall need, and his voice and speech pattern is something I could use to fool the guards in our benefit. The gathered info we have on him limits itself to his position at RMD (and the fact that he's been doing it for two years), his home address (335 Marion in the Littleton district of PCC sector), his likening to order Stuffer Shack's meals to eat at home, the fact he does not have bodyguards accompanying him (as far as Omar eye-drone can tell), and that he is a former Detroit Ares managing engineer. Not a lot, but it's usefull things."

"My thoughts. We may intercept the man when he exits the facility today. I may arrange a meeting at him as a secret envoy by Nissan, to discuss some corporate business. I may hint that Nissan wants to make a stronger publicity for the drones, and RMD was selected to become news headlines as the place that was saved of a real threat of professional arsonists by the combined efforts of the Doberman drones and the local security. In this way, I may ask him some questions about the facility security areas so as not to let my "actors" do nothing wrong... And for the deal not to leak, the real security should not know about it."

"Have you thought about it? If by some way some tampering be discovered, Erik would think he was set by Nissan itself! Of course, we could always go by a more safe and direct approach, kidnapping the guy and extracting all the info we want, then making him forget everything. But the subtlety of this idea delighted my thoughts. Well, I want to hear you guys... Do you think it's possible, or I just went crazier?"

Sam takes it over from Fractal
Overall a Good plan, could not made one better myself in the time we had.
But, I risk sounding like a broken record, I take this action has it's risks, so I would suggest we see if we can not take some less risky way, like checking out his home, there might be some opportunities we do not know right now, just saying.
Intercepting him at the gates would be difficult, and we would have to be sure no one sees us there. somewhere on the way if he makes a stop might work better, but still chance to get it wrong, Sorry Omar, your Rover is fast, but i am not sure if it can keep up with his sports car, the safest spot to get him where we can make some preparations is his home. If he has family, that would make the Preparation a bit more awkward, but would compel him to talk more, a double edged sword.
Thinking safe here, limiting risks is just the way I work.

He gets his back to the Wall and waits for the reaction of the others

Hope Fractal takes it not personally he does not like to threaten people as it sound

If he lives alone we could still get him to believe you are from Nissan incognito with a bodyguard
hope this idea is not too much trouble for him.
Prepare for the worst, hope for the best and expect nothing!

Fractal was good at reading people disposition. He thought it a pity that Sam did not had his plan in so high regards as himself, not because he thought it would be the best plan, but because he was already seeing it with his mind eyes. And he made a role for himself that was thrilling.

The elf speaks with the calmest voice someone would expect:

"I hear you, boy. Maybe you are right. Just to clarify things here, I thought in this way since I believe Nissan, being a higher company in the food chain than RMD, would not bother paying Erik a visit. My thought was not in this specific plan to intercept Erik at work leave, but I know I sounded like that. My fault. What I meant is that we could intercept him after work. That's one point. Then I explained my idea, and in it I don't think intercepting him would be the greatest idea. In fact, the right way to do it is calling him and informing him that he is expected at some place - I'm thinking of a bar or restaurant with little light, where I could hide my face with a hat and light tricks - where I would find him and explain it all. After all, as I told, there's no need for anyone else to know a Nissan envoy wants to talk to him; and also, there's no need to sell him my visage cheap."

The Face sighs, preparing himself to emotionally toss his businessman persona away for now. He puts on his glasses again.

"But if you think that's not safe, I understand and agree. Sometimes, I just feel my blood rushing too fast. What do the others think?"

No that sound much better, and I am sorry for my rush judgement. This way you would be safe.
Still I would feel better to get a look at his home, for a plan B.
Still, stepping out of shadows in his apartment would be a much more impressive show of the power a megacorp like Nissan would have, and convey the secret nature of the matter much clearer.

As he speaks these words he tries as hard as he can not to sound self-confident, so he can assure Fractal that he likes his plan too.
But if you think the Business dinner would come off better, sure go ahead, I can even serve as a bodyguard.

"I think we may observe his home now, and evaluate which is the best course of action. But there's two things that makes me feel the other approach safer. First: in his home, I would need to move more, and I would really avoid showing my face. And second: neutral grounds - and in the case he would not know if the grounds are neutral or enemy ones - are a distraction that a social maneuver combatant likes to exploit.

Even way, I really appreciated the bodyguard idea. It turns things safer and also adds to the tune."

So we do the secret meeting as good as we can, but If he calls you on your lies or walks out on you we could just relocate the whole thing to his home. Plan B.
Sound nice and helpfully it will come together just as fine as it sounds.

OK. About Eric. Ill wait for him. Tail him. Intercept him and make him stop...possibly slightly crash. Stun him. Bring him to you. Im done talking. If anyone would like to go with me, I should use the hand if he is resisting the capture...and Im not cthe melee combat type...but I think I can handle it myself, ill needc just to crash him a bit harder.

Taking the silence of the others as an indication of approval, Fractal turns to Omar:

"Omae, calm down. Intercepting Erik will be our second course of action - plan B - if plan A - meeting him in a restaurant, disguised as Nissan personnel, fails. Even them, our method of "intercepting" him is to meet him at his own house; prepped up as our stage. Attacking him in any direct way would just make the alarms of his firm goes red, and none of us would like this."

He excuses himself and enter one of the rooms, coming back after a short while, dressed in a very nice and fine business suit. As before, in his casual street clothes, he keeps looking good, and knowing it.

"I will call him, inviting him to come to the Lunar Nocturne to have a chat. I will make him understand that is in his best interests to come, and that the subject is work-related, but none of his associates or employees should know about the discussion. Then we will make it go as the plan goes. If by any chance he does not answer the call or do not seem to appear to go to the meeting, then we will meet him at his home, as Sam has suggested. Meanwhile, you could check the commlink Johnson - AKA Elliot Addison, CFO of Consolidated Food Distributors - gave us is clean of anything that may prove unfortunate to carry. Cursor could also help you in this, couldn't he?"

He checks the hour in an ARO object in the lens of his glasses, adjust the suit and toss his hair out of his face, starting to arrange it in tail at the back.

"It's a little past two and a half now. I have plenty of time for preparations. I will make the call, so Erik may have time to build up his anxiety until the time we stay face to face. Does anyone have an opinion of a hat that may be adequate, stylish and also cover my face and hair?"
