Yeah just looked it up, have the wrong one,
my mistake, so i will not have any info, sorry for that,
will just have to take the gun and try the old way, just using my eyes.

Study the map for sniping points[ roof windows, some deserted 2nd floor spots and the way to get there with no or minimal  exposure] would require a extended Perception roll? or do you have something else in mind?

I can tell you straight away, there's no windows, it's a converted storage warehouse.

You can get on top of any of the buildings on the clinics side of the street using various fire escapes

6d6.hits(5) → [2,3,3,5,3,2] = (1)  I believe that's resisted since the effective Force is 1..

BTW, Chrona, I'd think that somebody already walking out would hurt the guy's position for negotiations, not help it.
