You'll probably want to cover the north part of the eastern hallway.  I'll start a havoc in the main room, and that might drive the target out.  If he goes out and tries to leave by the southern exit, Andromeda can peg him in the face with a couple gel rounds from the sniper rifle.  If he heads north, you intercept from the doorway.  It's not likely he'll try the main room.  There is a group of guys in that southern room though.  Probably the hackers.  It might be a good idea to clean that out at some point.

The doors, are they flush to the floor, or could one potentially slide an aerodynamic frisbee-style grenade underneath?  Alternate question, do the interior doors seem sturdy?

Flush to the floor, they look weaker than the external doors

Oh and those 3 dots (red, red, blue) are behind a bar in the main room, not a seperate room, and the two  red of that trio are actually the two silk and noise killed ;P

Question remains: Do we need to kill 20 people in there? From what I see on the map, you guys are the closest to the VIP room of all people in the building. Those VIP rooms always have soundproofing and one-way windows, so the guys on the dancefloor won't notice if a bunch of you open the door, take out the guards and grab the package...
As for what Cute Murderous Girl suggested: Selling 20 bodies.
Yeah, C Joe and Tanamous have close ties, no doubt. But that doesn't mean he'll like us arriving there and saying "Here's the package you ordered. Oh, and here's 20 bodies, killed in a crime scene right across the street where KE will start an investigation about 5 minutes from now."
The guy runs a clinic, not a butchery. He sells the end-product, doesn't mean he deals with the raw materials. Even animals don't shit where they eat.

Noise's Infiltration:
Silk's White Noise Generator's got you covered too.
Chrona: I'm guessing there isn't too much noise in the hallway because of the soundproofing. If there is, Silk's not turning on her White Noise generator. Everything suddenly going quiet will be a lot more noticeable instead of "stealthy".
