My Plan was to get ready to block the way if the target tried to leave by the north door, leaving him with South Door (guarded by Andromeda) as the only option but if you guys are making a move toward the VIP room to extract the target, Hank will move on with you and enter by the Eastern Hallway door. I assume that after LJ goes crazy in the main room, they'll think twice about their little ambush plan. Still if you guys enter the VIP, Hank will rush in for sure.

Anyone feel a need to rescue the survivors?
The only reason Silk would do that is to make it look like she's a nice person.
And 'cuz I'm so curious as to why Chrona put them in the game :p

Oh, right, the poll question: Whatever you want.

Chrona, scans showed 4 people total in the VIP area, the guy closest to the door was the target, right?

-- What's the rules on Capsule rounds by the way? Do I need to aim avoiding armor (Roll Dice + Smartgun - <armor>), make at least 2 net hits like Darts, just hit like a normal shot?
-- Also, there's aiming for extra damage, is there an aiming for less or non-lethal damage? Any HR on that?

I kind of like the idea of someone opening up the door and telling them that if they had only bought a Doc Wagon Platinum account, they'd be rescued by now, and then locking the freezer door again.

Andromeda would defiantly, although she is not the nicest person to be around.

Capsules - Sounds good to me
Non Lethal - this can be about as hard with a gun as aiming for more damage. I'd say, take a called shot and declare a cap on your net successes. after all a less lethal hots probably easier to dodge too.

Wait, that was an OR thing, not an AND :p
It lacks specific rules. So it can be either
"just hit, if he's got chemical protection, he gets bonus dice to resist toxin effects"
OR "need two net hits to succeed." (not sure what happens to chemical protection then)
OR "take an <armor> penalty to avoid armor" (pretty sure in that case, chemical protection shouldn't count)
OR something else entirely.

just hit, if he's got chemical protection, he gets bonus dice to resist toxin effects or take an <armor> penalty to avoid the protection
IF he has chemical seal "take an <armor> penalty to avoid armor" or he's immune

how about that

In case of chemical seal, I wouldn't think avoiding the armor would(/should) be possible, the thing is completely sealed after all. They give immunity to toxins.

I'm cool with the rest.

Capsule rounds still do damage as gel rounds.  (Stun)DV +2AP.  Even if he's chem-proof, you can just plug him until he passes out from the stun.

Alternately, there's the possibility of using a spirit to subdue the guy.  Pretty much every spirit gets sick unarmed skill.

If we need subdual, my best options are to get inside the ward and summon up an air or beast spirit with noxious breath, or a water spirit with binding. (SW is too cheap to use his bound spirit unless absolutely necessary. :P)

If SW gets inside the wards and you need him to go all kill time on the situation, he'll probably going for oversummoning something like a force 6 water spirit with cold aura and letting it pummel/engulf everything in sight for sick elemental damage.

A spirit would be very helpful in the front room.  The gas won't take effect until the end of the 2nd CT.  Basic idea is to dose everyone and then bug out while it kicks in.  Having a giant water spirit thrashing through the room should help keep Joe from getting too much attention.

Mostly, I'm counting on -6 from full darkness (-6 to thermal as well, thanks to thermal dampening) and -2 from firing at a small target to drop their dice pools to basically nothing.
On my side, I've got 4 dice from good cover and 10 dice worth of gymnastic dodge to keep the first round of bullets at bay.  After that, it's all hide and seek.

After the failed thillseeker you probably wont wait to see if you get spirit cover though

Not sure about the -2, just for balance sake

and you wont have 4 dice of good cover once you're in the room.
failing thrill seeker sort of sealed the deal on going in there
