Meh First Aid can give him a couple of box, just enough so he can talk, not enough to do anything stupid. Medkit supplies are kinda cheap anyway

They can probably stim him back to consciousness at the clinic when we deliver him if we can't right now... I'm sure they have a decent supply of drugs over there.

Well they did ask for him to be conscious, so I'll just fix him a little anyway, that would be a bad idea to do anything stupid when a Phys.Adept is standing over you trying to fix you up.
