Silk nodded and smiled, her previous anger faded visibly as she recalled some happier memories.
"I threw my sister a pretty successful bachelorette party." She paused and frowned. "Of course the marriage didn't last much longer than the party, but hey, it still was a lot of fun."
A shrug and a deeper frown followed.
"Your brother, does he do this a lot? Arrange parties for you? I mean, tonight could have ended a lot worse for you if we hadn't dealt with the situation so fast and discretely. Whoever set that trap, didn't just set it for us but for you too..." Another pause, obviously thinking. "A man in your position must have some enemies but isn't easy to get to, maybe they used your brother to get to you? If he's been acting differently or doing things he usually doesn't, it might mean he's in danger."
