Korbin will contact the brotherhood and see if they have and KE guys nearby. Tell them I have a catch for him downtown behind the alabaster maiden. An ork name the Hammer. Tell them it needs to remain an anonymous tip.

OCC: Even today the police have software to do composites. I don't see the police using artisan to use one of those at least not much. The extended test is an impossible test for him with a 4 Dice Pool with only 3 rolls possible. This not making a portrait this using a pen and paper. To do a Police Drawing with program designed exactly for that. This not creating a work of Art.

@ Korbin: Yes they do, and that is a piece of specialized software that I don't think would be in a generalized edit program. You however have the connections to get a hold of use of such software or to buy the software yourself. If you get the composite sketch program then you would make a computer roll at a threshold of 4 and an interval of 1 minute as before. but just using "paint" to do the scan is much harder. Or if you know a police sketch artist through your contacts you can walk through the process with him and he can sketch the picture in your head.

Your contact in the brotherhood will be able to easily pass along the request.

@slip: yep sounds great, I for some reason missed that you guys where going ot call the police on him.

OOC:No problem, it's not like I said anything about it until that last post :p Anyway, Slip will let Oliver deal Hammer and his associates. The less she's involved the happier she'll be. She's heard a fair amount about organ leggers and what they do to people who mess with their business from shaker.

<Nadir--Korbin> It's nice to be wanted. As long as we're not setting kittens on fire, count me in.

@Nadir> Since when did you get a moral compass? Aren't the chaos mages the ones that tried the Schrödinger's cat experiment?. :)
I think we are finding someone, but don't quote me on that or I will have to deny everything. We meet at 7:00 pm tomorrow night. I will fill you in as I get details.

Glad to have you on board.

Oliver Booth PI.

Korbin will contact the brotherhood again about getting a current copy of the police sketch program the one is an add-on to the edit program.

@Korbin: What has two thumbs and is totally wrong, <waves his thumbs at himself>, this guy! I found this online, for free and used it to sketch our elf in seconds, your character can do the same with no roll as well. Your contacts within the brotherhood lead you to this freware program that runs online. You can see the sketch that I did by going to http://flashface.ctapt.de/ and loading up Johnathan Decker, imagine this guy with elven ears and you got your man. I was shocked to see how good it looked as well so I won't give you any negative for recognition tests when showing the picture around either, like I was going to. What a jerk, right? :) Make sure the artist is Redwulfe. Also I don't know how long they are going to keep the sketch on their server so you may wish to print it off. When I get off work I am going to try to print it to PDF to use latter. How embarrassing. :)

So for everyone else this is just goes to show you I don't know everything and if you feel something is not realistic please question me on it and I will do some research to come to a realistic answer. this is our game and I want to give you guys the best that I can.

So I will let you all continue to RP with each other and answer questions as we go. Just let me know when you are ready to go to the meet OOC and we will skip forward. I know that Korbin has set up another meet at tam's for 2:00 as well. so we will take care of that. Also i noticed that i am slipping on presenting things as RP and table talk is starting to slip to OOC, because of it so I will be trying to go back to a more descriptive style again. Just FYI.

As Slip and Oliver slide into the booth, Jace pushed the commlink in Slips direction, "It's all yours.  You should be able to do pretty much whatever you want.  I didn't take much of a look at it; let me know if you want me to do anything else for you on this one."

<@Korbin>"I found a few leads for you on that software you wanted.  I've a guy who's got the program for you but he'd need to tinker with it so it works just like you want it.  He's a little pricey, but we might be able to talk him down a bit.  There's also some hipster open source version I found but it's not quite as powerful as you wanted.  'Course, it's cheaper.  Which do you prefer?"

I'm ready to move forward when everyone else is situated.

Operator will be doing the following before the meet:
1) Appraise the Predator for Slip
2) Make a brief call to an old friend (Hisoka Yamaguchi) and inquire of recent activity around Everett's Rubber Suit.

<@Hisoka (Audio)> Konbanwa, Yamaguchi-san. I apologize for my recent silence, as there were a number of affairs that demanded my immediate attention.

I would like to ask if you have visited the Rubber Suit recently, and whether or not it attracts troublemakers that might fixate on either of us out of resentment for our smooth, charming appearances.

Jace sends Korbin the information on the Open Source program for purchase.  And then sends another message to Jax thanking him for his help but letting him know that Jace won't need the program.  Unless Slip or Korbin ask him to stay, he'll say his goodbyes and head back to his apartment for the evening.

<@Luna (Contact: C3,L1) RE: Work>"Hi Luna.  Wanted to touch base with you about that job opportunity you mentioned.  I'm free tomorrow at 14:00 to meet you at Tam's, but it also looks like another line of work has opened up.  Can you speak to the timeframe on this side job?"

This day for difference, after finishing her job in the hospital, Nina is not waiting for the company bus, taking another shift of workers to Carnation, to take her home. Instead she take the shower, pack all her things to prepared backpack, dress up the casual Urban Jumpsuit with the Helmet.
This time she takes the tour to the other side...to the Metroplex. She was sending her message two days ago, to all her contacts in the city, that she is lookong for work. Nobody anwers yet, so she decided to visit the Orkish underground for the beginning, looking for the women she met before. once in the reach of the signal, she sends her proposal one more tim, and hopes that the response would appear now. Inside she is cursing about her equipement, on the oposite to Redmond, she is even able to receive music from some local radio, but the commlink quickly began freezing and crashing, as too many messages from every corner attacked her PAN. She quickly realizes, that cold reset makes things easier sometimes, and she shut that thing down, and power it up only on the regular ocasions to check for the response.

@Slip: Hallo Slip. Im in the town now, you may received my last message but I dont put much trust in that. If you read this, please respond, Im in the Auburn right now.

Slip smiles as Jace pushes the link over "Thanks Jace!" She holds out hammer's cred stick and transfers 147 nuyen to him. "I look forward to our continuing work together." Slip will check the balence of the commlink's cred account and transfer the balance to the credstick. She'll copy all of the messages and contact numbers, sin's or licenses on it, and copy all of it's GPS data that's on it. and pass all of those things on to Oliver. (OOC: Along with anything else he wants and asks for after this post so we don't have to retro-act this for the groups sake.) Once she finishes her Hot cocoa, and her small talk with Oliver she notices She's got two messages from Nina.

She says goodbye to oliver and Jace and places a call back to Nina
<@Nina>Hey Girl! Haven't heard from you in fair while! How are things in the Tribe? I see you're looking for work, so you must be running short on hours these days. Well you're in a bit of luck, I know a guy who's interviewing for a team of shadows to pull a job. Team's getting pretty full and I'm not in a position to promise you anything from him though. Tell you what, he's coming over to my place tomorrow for an hour or so before he meets up with the johnson. I'll introduce you, but i'm sure the underground clinic's could use the help if he doesn't need your skill set this time around. Anyway I'm gonna be delivering from 0600-1600 tomorrow, come over around then and I'll get you that interview. I hope you get this message soon. Hit me back if you can make it tomorrow or I'll assume you can't make it. Slip sends the message off and opens another to Operator not wanting to be rude and surprising him tomorrow with the interview and to let him know she might not even have the predator on hand by then since oliver has need for it.
<@Operator>Hey Op, sorry to poke at you so much tonight, but I just wanted to let you know that most likely I won't have that predator tomorrow, Oliver wants it to get info on hammer's "friends" in the barrens. I also just got a message from a friend of mine from the under ground, She's looking for work right now. quick resume` she's a Salish ork, with combat experience as a NAN Field medic. She's reliable, has people skills, English isn't her first language, but she's solid in a fight, guns and hand to hand. I let her know you where looking for talent. I know we're getting pretty full on the roster but I wouldn't recommend her if I didn't think she was up for it. But since you're the man I didn't make her any promises. If you're interested enough for a face to face I told her to meet me at my place tomorrow around when you where going to come over. let me know what you think. Even if it's a wash I'll reimburse you for the time. Anyway I'll catch you tomorrow, I'm gonna go home and hit the sack. I'll be working most of tomorrow but call me during the day if you want to talk.

Quote
OOC: Slip will head home now and get some sleep before work tomorrow. She's going to knock out 10 hours of her day job from 0600-1600 since she's got the time and doesn't want to get behind if the run gets too crazy. (that'll put her at 14 hours for the week so far) let me know how much was on Hammer's commlink account. (If there was anything at all.) Slip will divide it up and pass it to the team when she see's them next. Otherwise I'm ready to move forward in the story.

@ Team> I am thinking we might want eyes on the meet location a few hours before the meet. I like and I would assume you guys would like to have the lay of the land before we meet Mr. J. Also Nadir, the mage I talked about, is a thumbs up for the job.
