<Video enabled>Hisoka is sitting in an office with a wooden panel wall behind him, upon answering the com a subtle smile crosses his face. He bows slightly forward. "Konbanwa, O'ganki desu ka? <continues in Japanese> It is not a problem my friend, a long silence broken is worth any wait. The rubber suite is a place close to much of my families heart. It is an amusing place to unwind after a long day and trouble is not welcome there, though some other families try to take advantage of our love for the place. Is there something that I should be concerned about?

<video disabled> Luna answer and the sound of traffic can be heard as the wind seems to take over the conversation, Hold on Jace let me shut the window, teh wind starts to die down and the sound of traffic is muffled out except for the occasional honk of a horn. Much better. Good, I'm glad more work is coming up for you. All I was needing was some side database project accomplished, no rush just need some information input for some side sales that I have. We can talk tomorrow if you want, I don't want to tie you up or talk too much business over the com. Unless you need to now, and then I guess we can secure a place to chat.

Looking through the com you don't see much there, a few video games and some vids of other brawls he had. You do see the notes on meeting at the Alabaster Maiden are in his calender as well as a meet with Stix on Friday at 2:00, the location is not included. In his contacts folder you see he has 17 people on his buddy list and, except for Stix, you don't really recognize the names. He doesn't have any notes associated with them either. He account seems to be dry at the moment and you notice rent is coming up on the calendar for two separate locations. One has not been paid in two months the other seems up to date. You can access his oncom bill pay and get the address form there. After looking through his chat history you find that only one has been saved and the com is set to wipe the history every 24 hours. it was a message sent this morning to set up the meet with Stix. His side was about a new set of clothes that he would like to drop off for cleaning and Stix replied with an amount that it would cost. Hammer accepted but the figure looked really suspicious as well as his reply that stated that his rent was coming up so he could use the money, but Stix had quoted him a price to pay not receive. You figure it is some sort of code and after the conversation with him earlier you realize that the price was for the clothes and that that was an allegory for you and your team, he was going to sell Stix your bodies. The only other thing you note is that their is a passkey on the com for a motorcycle that Hammer owns.

It warms my heart for you to speak fondly of the establishment itself, for it is the location my associates are planning an after-hours meeting to relax. I don't plan on checking his apartments, but I'll help you find a way in if you like, but don't expect me to stay. I gotta get sleep yet tonight. + (no interest in meeting his landlords or friends.) Make sure if your friends go door kicking they're be ready for his "associates" and that they collect the rest of his good stuff before it hits the closest curb.

I have little to do with Jace until we advance to the following day and do more pre-meet preparations.  Don't let that hold you all back from other stuff; this was more of a PSA rather than an indication that I wanted to move forward.  Prior to our meet, I have the thing with Luna at 14:00 and Jace is looking to head to the Rubber Suit early to take a look at their matrix setup.

You double check to make sure the SIMrig is properly installed and connect the trodes to your temples as you prepare to read the gun. Doing this in a public place is not your favorite idea but Slip seems to be in a hurry. Reaching over you pick it up and let your senses drift, open to the ebbs and flows of the astral plane. An image comes to you almost suddenly followed by another and then as if a flood gate was opened they start pouring through rapidly. image after image of violent death and ecstatic glee for the carnage rips at your morality as you struggle to stay in control, Hammer really loved his job and did it without hesitation. Many of the images are faces you don't recognize but a few stick out to you as cold case files of murders that where never salved. After a few moments you put the gun down letting what you just saw soak in hundreds of metahumans put down like dogs. You now have there faces and the weapon responsible. forensics could place this gun in several of the murder scenes but your vision places it as hundreds, if only this was strong enough for a court of law, but evidence gathered through divination rarely holds up when a decent defender takes a case, and the group responsible for these crimes will have one. Not to mention the connection between Hammer and the elf still needs to be established. Taking the SIMrig off you pick up your comm and make a call. <video enabled>Allen answers and the background is that of a planetary field, one of those premade backgrounds you can select for you feed in case you don't want people to know where you are currently.  Listening to you he nodes his head. Not a problem I will start calling around to see when others are available and get back to you. You switch the vid off and try to get teh images out of your head. Grabbing the Comm slip gave you you start to go over the details, writing down the contacts looking at his scheduler. nothing seems to stand out. this man was definitely bottom of the barrel, and his com shows it. you know the elf is one of the contacts you just don't know which one. luckily you have a time and place where stix will be, time to climb the ladder and see who's on the roof looking down.

@slip: Yes you can use a level 0 drive skill so long as you don't do something that would require a check no dice are needed to drive the bike.

As Korbin starts to read the gun you continue to look over the com for data you pull the passkey in case it will be useful and plug it into you own com. It does not take long before you locate the GPS tracker for the motorcycle through the "parking finder" application that has become every theme park goer and travelers best friend. It doesn't take long for you to find out that it is parked not but two blocks from current location. Looks like ol' Hammer wasn't fond of public transportation. you wait for a moment and Oliver seems to come out of his trance his thoughts seem to weigh heavy upon him and he asks for the com. you hand it over and he starts to mess with the controls.

@Dashifen: no problem whenever you are ready to run the meet with Luna just post a setting the scene style post to let me know to go a head and run it otherwise as we get closer to the time I will start the scene.


@everyone: continue to run small side scenes as you wish and let me know when you are ready to continue, also if you have a side goal like Korbin's that you would like to work on I like to have side plots running to keep the feel of personal objectives in the game. feel free to PM me if you would like something like this as well.
