Nadir nods as Hisoka speaks.

<@Team> How's my "strong and silent" impersonation? Anyway, I think I'd want some magical eyes at the front of that apartment building. Any auras may be gone by now, but we need to take a peek. I can fly over there as soon as we clear this place, but I'd prefer to not be so obvious about it.

Hisoka returns with the equipment that the group checked at the door. He opens the bundle and allows you all to collect your gear. "Was there anything else you required of me?"

@ Hisoka>Hisoka-san, two more questions if you'll pardon me.  1. Some of the team are expressing interest In what currency will be paid in, could you clear that up? 2. If we have more questions that need answering whom should we contact in seeking answers?

<@Team> You handled yourselves remarkably well. I saw or heard nothing suggesting Kanaga was displeased beyond what I might consider 'usual' for one of his station.

Once Hisoka was finished addressing questions and concerns, Operator gave a brief bow to his old friend before escorting his fellow runners out of the Rubber Suit's back door.

Hisoka looks to slip and nods his head in an understanding manner, Yes typically we pay in corps script, and we don't feel that this will change. As far as ongoing questions you will find an access ID listed for me on the chip, I will keep the number for 7 days and then it will be useless to you. with that he looks at the rest of the group and as no one seems to have any more questions,Well, you know how to get a hold of me and you seem ready to go, I will be on my way Hisoka walks back into the rubber suit leaving you standing outside the sack door. After he leaves jace turns to the group, I hate to do this to you guys but I'm wanted by a few folks in yakuza town so it may be best for me to step back before someone gets killed, I do however have a hacker I know of to carry you through the job and will give you his number.an ARO pops up in Operators field of vision with the number to a hacker.

"No worries, my friend. Stay safe." The Asian man bid his goodbyes to Jace, turning around and briefly addressing his other associates with a businessman's stare.

<@Team> I will contact the slicer that Jace recommended, as we will certainly need to comb through the Matrix and certain devices for leads on Kiku. While we search for our leads, it is imperative that we do not seek her out by her proper name or let anyone infer that she is currently missing.

Unless Operator receives heavy objection, he will contact Jace's recommended hacker. That fellow will be getting a call from an icon depicting an Asian working over an oldschool manual exchange.

Brian had been holed up in his condo for a month, training. waiting, and (mostly) holding his breath until he heard back from the brainiac hacker vampire he'd just trashed to earn his last payday.  The fact that there had been nothing, no sign at all, was starting to get to him.  Was this the vampire's revenge for Brian taking up arms against him?  Silence?  Boredom?  Uncertainty?  This used to be his free time.  He would do all sorts of unsavory shit just to earn a month or two of real food and total relaxation.  He'd ruin some corporate lab boys' life just to earn enough scratch to be a useless piece of shit for a while.. but now, he couldn't feel it.  Maybe it was a result of being out on the job instead of just working by remote.  He hated going out into the world for just that reason.  The world would reach out and remind him who and what he was.  It's grasp was as long as the sky.

His comm chimed.

Nadir waves awkwardly at the retreating asian man's back. "I knew it. Well, okay not 'knew' but 'heard somewhere else and vaguely remembered'. We can get the scrip exchanged somehow, right?"

He listens to Jace's apologies and salutes with two fingers to his forehead. Stay safe, chummer. If you'd like to be unseen while you exit, just say the word.

<@Team> Go for it, Op. Smooth stuff in there by the way. Shall we all head somewhere to hash out a skeleton of a plan tonight?

Operator spoke into his subvocalized microphone, addressing the other end of the line in fluent English. His voice was sprinkled with hints of Asian accent.

<@Mike> "Good evening, Mike. I have been hired for a job that requires your area of expertise. The details themselves are sensitive, however I can tell you that there is a generous payment for the task and that it won't necessarily involve physical risk. A colleague by the name of Jace offered your number to me.

If this interests you, let us meet in person. I am capable of going to you if transportation is a concern."

<@Team> I am not against the idea. I have offered to meet the slicer at a location of his choosing, so we can simply go there and discuss our game plan.

I`ll take a cab, look around the building and neighborhood, and get to you. It would be better to have some feeling of that place when we will do our plans. Slip, Ill take my handgun from your apartement, but I think I should have my thundersticky ready, so please take it with you.
Hm...hunting in the shadows may be expensive. I hope we have enought resources, since we didnt take any pay up front...

Nina follows Slip back to her apartement a few blocks away to get her equipement, then she will separate from the team...welcoming anyone who wants to came along. Then she will take a cab and go to the addres where Kiku leaves. Operator would need some time to interview new teammate, and Nina won`t be helpfull in that task too much. So she will try to use every minute to get some usefull info.

I hope you dont mind handlind separate situations, Red. I would rewrite my IC post if you feel bad about it.

<@Operator> "Jace, eh?  We walk the same circles.  And you'd be Mr. Yamamoto then?  Hmm.. You know the park by Minor avenue and Thomas?  Any problems meeting in public for a short walk?"

<@Mike> "You would be correct, sir; I am Mr. Yamamoto. I can meet you there in an hour without any problems."
During his conversation, Operator opened a new window to access directions to Thomas and Minor Avenue from Everett. He began to walk out of the side alley, returning to his bike and preparing for departure.

<@Team> I will be meeting the slicer at a park, located at the corner of Minor and Thomas. If you will excuse me, I shall take my leave now to make this appointment. You are welcome to call me if any emergencies or other concerns arise.
