Operator nodded briefly, taking one more look around them for the sake of reassurance. "This is a silly question, but do you have your 'link handy? I am doing investigative work on a certain young lady."

Assuming Mike answers in the affirmative, Operator will pass him an image of Kiku's photograph through the Matrix.

Nina would walk around the building, using her radar to ger better picture of lower floors and acces/exit points. She is also interrested in publicly accesible places of the building, shops, restaurants or anything like that. When the circle is full, she would switch the interrest on surrounding buildings. What interests her is the height of those buildings, accesibility and security, their distance from target building. Shops and places where to eat, fast foods, taxi stations. What about parking in the area and gate to underground garages. Are there helipads somewhere in the area? Presence of aerial security drones.
Then she takes a walk there, looking for possible acces routes, accessible rooftops, parks and places to relax. She is recording every single step of her walk around, including every sensor input. If needed, she would bought some datachips somewhere in surroundings. For the first overlook that would be enought, so she will take a cab and leave the place, calling Operator on her way.
"Salut mon chere. I just saw beautifull and safe place for living. Im on my way back. We should meet somewhere and I`ll tell you, just so beautifull place...even for children! Where can I meet you, honey?"

"Doesn't look all that young.  Doesn't look all that helpless either.  I've seen eyes like those before, in... my youth.  Gonna assume she has a name as well.  If we're getting into the nitty-gritty, we might as well text-by-trode if you're set up for it.  I can rotate the encryption every few seconds to make sure we stay clear of observers."

@Brotherhood> Hey, do we have any friendlies that might be able to get me a peep at her place quietly? It involves an on going case I am working on.

@Team> I am beginning to thing that this is less a kidnapping and more of a she got out of dodge situation. She is a very skilled hand to hand expert, Multiple Martial arts styles. The Yak's not being straight with us, What a big surprise.

"That is a good idea. In fact, Jace had previously established a text-by-trode conference for us when I handled an initial meet at the Alabaster Maiden." Operator shifted his posture, making an approximation of a brutish gorilla who was forced to wear a suit. "I had one of those guys, and he was bad news. If you meet an ork named Hammer, don't stay around for long. Your nuyen is not the only thing he wants to chop, I assure you."

<@Nina> That sounds like Bellevue. Gorgeous place; it's a haven for the wealthy and they are very assertive in keeping themselves secured from the 'lower' classes. I'm in the Downtown district at a park at Minor and Thomas, just a few blocks from the Bagley Wright Theater. I'm currently speaking with Jace's hacker buddy.

<@Team> Alright, I'll bite. She's a good fighter, multiple weapons training.. well honed survival instincts from running the shadows. That narrows the possibility of interdiction, but doesn't rule it out completely. If we can get in that building quietly, great. Otherwise, I'll let our hacker associate prune some camera feeds if he takes up the job. Any objections to letting him on the network?

After talking with shaker and getting the address of kiku's old fixer, Slip thanks Shaker  for the information and tells him he should come visit once this was run was over.

@Operator> I have good news. I have a source who can help us in exchange of the corp script to certified credsticks. I've also found some information worth looking into, a source of mine knows Kiku's old fixer. I have his address and he might be motivated to help us find Kiku. I think It would be something Oliver, Nadir and I could handle. I'll make the arrangements with them to find this fixer ASAP unless you think we should approach it differently.

<@Slip> Go ahead and seek him out, though be careful of the words you use. With Oliver and Nadir, you should have no problem. In the meantime I will be contacting Kiku's driver to gather more information about the route between her own home and that of her father. We know it ends in Bellevue, but I'd like to give Mike a narrower focus for camera taps.

Operator raised a hand to his temple, showing mild amusement from reviewing the contents of Kiku's datachip. "This is turning out to be interesting. There's a route which our lady of interest takes between her Bellevue highrise and her father's residence. I'm interested in the cameras along that route."

Operator will contact Kiku's driver, displaying the credentials of Mamoru Yamamoto if he should be suspicious of the caller.

@Oliver&Nadir>Hey guys, I've got some credible intel on our subject's former fixer. Let me know when you can meet me at Ebey's bar in Everett. I'll pass the details on there.

Slip Changes into her custom suit, then puts on plain clothes over it and  preps her smart pack for the night's new task. Then waits for messages back from the guys.

<@Team> Yeah, it certainly doesn't look like this is the kind of lady that could be easily taken unawares.

<@Slip,Oliver> I'm up for a little snooping, I'll head there now.

If possible, Nadir would journey to outside Kiku's apartment building via astral from a safe location. Like his "Hole". I have an assenssing test up there that can be re-used or I'll roll another one up. If that's a dead-end as it most likely is, Nadir will just head to the bar.

@Nadir> Ok, I'll meet you there shortly.

Slip will leave her place and Head to the "exile" to link up with Nadir, and Oliver. When they arrive there She'll give Them all the information she's got. While Nadir does his Astral inspection of Kiku's apartment, Oliver and Slip can do some research about this fixer.

Red, how do you want to handle hacking gridguide or the public camera system?  Would I need to splice in because it's isolated from the rest of the Matrix?

"Hammer?  Somebody hooked you up with that piece of shit?  Crimson Crush kicked him out a while back when they caught him stealing and running side business.  Well, not exactly kicked out.  They went to kill him and he got away.  It's possible they might even pay for the guy's head.  Crush likes to make examples of traitors."

While he talked, Brian composed a message with thoughts and gestures.
<<@Operator: Aaah.  Text by trode: the thinking man's choice.  It's not like anybody walking around here would be paying attention to what we say anyhow.  No one pays attention to what's happening right next to them anymore.  All up their own digital asses.  So, yeah.  Cameras.  Do you just want the street cams, or should I hack the building too?>>

<<@Mike: Let's start on the street cams first. I can imagine a day where cameras would litter Bellevue asphalt like cherry blossoms in autumn. I need to consult Kiku's driver for the exact route, but the immediate cameras around her penthouse are worth examining.

Based on the data he provided, Kiku has training in multiple forms of martial arts. That doesn't rule out an abduction, though; only diminishes its likelihood.>>

Operato briefly hummed a military cadence, thinking back to his meeting with Kanaga. Just how far down did the rabbit hole go?

<@Nina> Here's looking to a few hours of picking through those feeds. Drek work for any security officer, especially the ones who like moving around and being animate.

Well since she was taken while inside the building, there should be something her kidnappers missed. But to tell you the truth, from what I saw until now, Im really serriously feel something wrong in this kidnapping. For kidnapers any place would be better than her own apartement in high profile building. We may take into consideration other possibilities: that she left willingly or planned her own dissapearance cerefully to be the first ones.

On her way to the meeting point, Nina calls to her contact at Seattle FD:
Good evening. Iis not usual for a Doc to call Firefighter for an assistance, but I have an interrest in a few floorplans of a building in Bellvue. Im not planning nothing illegal with that, well  I understand you need to be compensated for this. Would you be able to help me...for a right price, of course?
