I really appreciated the comments Peter added - the only down side is that he didn't have a "silver" pen so that they are easily read on the black background...  ;D

PDFs i have all from 4ed, IMO...
Nad yesterday even a notice came from customs office that my Runner toolkit arrived to Czech rep (preorder made 20110228  :o )

In this context, DTF == Dead Tree Format...that is to say, hardcopy.
