I am fairly new & am trying to understand the rules.

What would happen if a Character has Muscle Toner 2 (+2 Agility) & 2x Full Cyberarms (customized with +2 to Agility and +2 to Strength attributes)?

Do the augmented modifiers stack?

Would their Agility of a 6 be 6(8) or max out at 6(9)?

What page of SR4A would the rule be on? I cannot find it.

They won't stack in the way you're thinking. Cyberlimb stat enhancements apply only to the cyberlimb in question, and for tests that use careful coordination of multiple limbs you use the combined average. Imagine that the <limb type here> has separate attributes from the rest of the meat body parts, which uses your character's physical attributes for the purposes of averaging.

Muscle toner will apply to all the meat limbs, but the cyberlimb needs to be enhanced above and beyond your character's attributes to function as a boon and not a bane.

So I should remove the Muscle Toner from a character with 2 cybernetic limbs (seeing as they have no muscles)?

There's an argument for it either way, but cyberlimbs won't get the benefit of muscle toner as there's no muscle to tone. ;)

Cyberlimbs begin with 3s in each physical stat, so your own limbs in this case are Body 3, Agility 5, Reaction 3, Strength 5.

So Cyber Limbs even at a customized +2 is not better than a natural Agility of 6? :-\ maybe I need to rework this...

Yeah, I've never been all that impressed with cyberlimbs. They can be useful, but they are so specific, you'd have to build the entire character around using them.

I've always seen them as more of a replacement if you lose your meat limbs, really.

Well the specificity isn't too big a problem when you get modular cyberlimbs. Then you can just become a walking swiss army knife. "Oh no! the medic is down." "That's cool, there's a limb for that."
