Spiting out the last bits of water, his vision swimming. He was panicking and felt forced to comply.

"Take over the club, b-babysit his brother. Kill the runners that arrive...I... I don't feel right... We needed work... Tanya..need money.. he found us online...met..met on our turf... safe house.. Burner 'links.. I can't think straight...
My men, what happened to them?"

He wasn't even sure what the question was any more, his mind jumbled and his body numb..

The man sounded a lot less coherent than she had hoped him to be. Of course some sort of shock had to be expected after what he went through, but considering his profession she'd hoped he'd be a little stronger. She had made more plans for him, but executing them now would probably prove too much for him to handle and push him over edge. If he wasn't already.

"You really should worry more about yourself than about your men. They aren't in my hands. Now get your head straight, half-coherent ramblings aren't going to help you much. We want Ragley. And who the drek is Tanya?"

"Okay...Okay... It was like this.."

It took a while to recount everything but in 30 minutes you got everything you could.
They'd ll been in the 'Star, when KE took over and they were laid off they formed a street level mercenary group. They had tried to become freelance Security but couldn't get the license. They have a safe house in Puyallup (You now have the address) that they use, the disposable commlink Ragley gave them is there, they hadn't destroyed it yet. Ragley contacted them over the matrix then met them at the safe house. He brought one man with him, hooded and masked. Possibly a bodyguard, he never spoke.
They'd been paid in advance, by credstick 2k each, to come running if Ragley needed them, the Club gig was short notice and they had to hire outside help for hacking.
It was definitely the scarred Ragley hiring them. When they got to the club they rounded everyone up and put them in the freezers which the hacker disabled.
Ragley then arrived, demanding 4 things.
1. Turn the freezers on.
2. To babysit and protect his Broher who -must- be referred to as "Boss" at all times as well as Ragley himself.
3. A direct line to the comms.
4. A gun.

He then slaughtered the Orcs and Trolls.

The Ex-Lonestar Lieutenant's name is Ron Salt. He knows you'll probably kill him and begged a last request. There's a safe in the safe house with the credsticks in, he asks you give at least a few to his daughter, Tanya. She's an elf born to Human Parents and after her Mother dying in a Halloweener's fire if he's gone too and has no money she might turn to the Ancients. He begs you to at least get her some of it, the rest and the safe house is yours.
He gives you the Security Override Code.

Silk asked a couple more questions and listened to the answers, then walked outside without saying another word and closed the door behind her.
She relayed the info to the rest, everything but the info about the safe & daughter and the address of the safe house (she just mentions she's got it).
"Anything else we need or do I knock him out again? I figure drugs are better to keep those 'wares fresh."

Quote from: OOC
Assuming we're all gathered back inside. If not, relaying the info over the comms too. She's got it all recorded to make sure she didn't miss anything, but she's not sharing recordings. They might be able to guess how she got the info out of him, but they don't need to know for sure.

Questions she asks:
About the safehouse: security measures and if there's anyone left there.
Any tags left to trace the gun Ragley's got.

"We tagged them all.. frequencies are on a nexus at the safe house... It's got a couple drones and a turret, the codes should turn them off..."

"Interesting, Silk, do we want to go take a look at this warehouse ? It seem that we could grab a couple extra going there." But, yeah, to answer your question I think we got it all."

Hank paused and think for a bit." Do we know how much 'wares are in there ?".

"Second the notion to check the place out." Andromda knew it would be no afternon parkstroll, but in her mind at least, the risks where fesable.
" Of course, we should make sure it's not a third ambush today, but knowing their equipment, the stuff we might finder there would greatly increase our payout. The drones and the turret is of particular interest to me.
What do you say?"
Prepare for the worst, hope for the best and expect nothing!

I say we move out as soon as possible, longer we wait, the better the chances that somebody will know that this "team" is down and will try to scavenge a couple of things.

Joe had gotten really bored.  Waiting around an hour so that she could wait around an hour before waiting around an hour.  Not likely.  She went into the room where Silk had been, jumped up on the table and sat on the man's chest.
"How's your head?"

"Whatcha doing Joe, you really think you can get more out of him? And please don't damage him too much, broken 'ware won't fetch a good price."
Or do you just want to play a sadistic game with a helpless victim? He's had an hour of that already.
She'd been planning to 'find' the vault and then share the credsticks it contained instead of keeping them for herself, gaining some points of 'professional-rep'. But that would probably only count if actually done with pro's instead of... whatever that woman's problem was. Choices, choices.

Joe watched the man like a bug in a jar as he put on a tough front.
"It's important that you are aware.  You can't understand anything unless you are aware of your situation.  For example, you know that you will likely die tonight.  Are you aware of why?  Do you know what happened to your friends?  Do you know who you were really serving by serving Ragley?  I'm offering you the chance to understand.  Is there anything you would like to know?  You've earned the honesty due to the doomed."

The man looked back. "It was you then, you killed them. I've heard your tone before... All right then, why? What happened to them and ho was I serving?"

Joe was a placid as a cool pond while she looked at the man.  The blur suit warped light around her whole body so that only her goggles were floating in space, unobscured.
"I killed many of them, yes, but I left several alive and unconscious, much like yourself.  They weren't taken by us, but rather by the police.  Likely they will be processed by your replacements in Knight Errant and sent to prison for assault and as accessory to multiple first degree murders.  There are three of them still alive, waiting to go to a prison run by your former co-workers in Lone Star.  I imagine that they won't have a good time of it if they are even allowed to arrive before the politician silences them.  After all, they were witness to him murdering all of the goblinized patrons and workers.  He did this because he is a rabid anti-metahuman activist connected to the same anti-metahuman groups which backed Brackhaven, the man who had you and all the other tin-stars fired.  So, you and your men died trying to protect the interests of the people who got you fired to begin with.  That's pretty terrible.  May I ask why you didn't walk out after the killings started?"
