A woman that looked like air painted into this world appears before you.
"I am Banafrit. I may aid you once this day, Follower of Ra."
drain= hits of spirit=1. I'll buy the hits for the drain (I have 9 dice). I have one service.
"I will require your services later today, fair Banafrit," Kitten said to the spirit, again in Egyptian,
"Please wait in for my calling in the temple of Isis."When the taxi arrived, she had him take her to Touristville. From there she walked into the Barrens, but after a block or so, when the tourists were gone and the real gang territories had not yet started, she called her spirit again. Jean-Jacques called it putting a spirit on 'stand-by', while she called it 'waiting in the temple'. But the hermitic mage had more fun ways of putting things, at least in her eyes.
"Fair Banafrit, please use your power of movement to make me run faster until I ask you to stop."With that done, she started to run, at three times the speed of a normal person, now running at a maximum speed of around 50 mph. This way she could cover the distance to her destination much quicker then she normally could and she wouldn't get more fatigued than when she ran it at her normal speed. It would also throw of the gangs and other undesirables who wanted to 'talk' to her.
Quickly she arrived at the warehouse where she had to be. First order of business was a quick look in the astral, where she saw there was a mana barrier around the warehouse.
Very nice, someone really put resources in this, she thought as she mentally called Banafrit.
"Banafrit, I thank you for your help," she said to her spirit,
"and hereby I give you leave to return to the temple of Isis."With the spirit gone, she gave the building another look as she caught her breath after the run. She also send a message to BloodClaw that she had arrived at the warehouse.
