And the DIY Weapons Factory sounds like a military version of "Junkyard Wars", only a lot more serious.

As for that Truck, the thing that makes it the most win is the cheap office chair under the turret.

Never, ever doubt or underestimate human ingenuity.  And this is certainly probably some of the stuff we should be putting into the Barrens with some of the larger gangs, especially ones that have a lot of vehicles, and thus technically inclined members.
