The headache is unbearable for a moment, worse than any migraine you can imagine. Light cuts throught his eyes deep in the gray matter like two laser beams, any sound puts the BigBang to the shame. The taste in my mouth was something long deatch, drowned in Lagosian swamps. Ive tried to move...just a little bit...and suddenly sweat spurt from every leek ofy my skin, and the subjective pemperature drops low under the zero.
One more movement, and Ive rolled down from the bed I was laying on. somewhere near, or in the endless deeps of hell, someone else cried in pain, coughed and strted breathing sharply...I dont give a dam. For the first time, I was gratefull to that Mofa pimp that he had a thick carpet all arou his berroom.
So I throwed up on it...sandwiches and blood, mostly.  On the second try I managed to prone to the bathroom, diving my head into the water closet, i womited again and again, feeling cold water flowing down around my head...feeling like a shit going down the sink...
Someone else was here with me, I realized a minutes after, silently watching me, having enought problems with himself.

Pueblo Coyote was named Stalker. Using the Mouses 'link you called him, but he didn't pickup. Before you started to worry though an anonymous address, no video feed, called back.

Skipping the needless politeness, grumpy fellow went straight to the business. You've called on a number reserved for Mafia sent people. So while  talking with you, he simultaneusly checked your credentials - proven good, or at least good enough.

Price for piloting a van through the border was 400 nuyen, all you need to do was to autopilot it drive it to the Sloan Lake park, you got 30 minutes. after that drive after him. He'll be riding a scooter. The exit is in Cheesman Park, from where you can autopilot it further to your location. Upfront transfer. Deal done.

- assigned drone blimp to monitor surroundigs
- attached copies of pictures of the victims and maps of the building with marked positions of dead bodies (ev. no 2567432/05/70/LuCom)
- security recording devices at small commercial places (the coffee shop and computer repair) are off line. Someone has crashed all the AROs around the LuCom building. The same for the security recording devices. Gathered the devices as part of crime scene evidence. tag no 2567432/06/70/LuCom
- LuCom issued corporate memos about cancellation of all guest and contracted visits for the next two days. Any contracted visitor should be reported. Otherwise the company is back online.
- on the place of murder (just outside the LuCom building) blood samples of at least four people (two victims, and two unknowns) were found

- was working late at night at the time of crime. The directors had a virtual conference with Tokyo. They didn’t hear or see anything, nor was their conference meeting interrupted at any point. Corporate refused to share their conference feed based on their corporate territory priviledge.

– accused "looked suspicious, walking into the building with flowers for her every week, like he owned the place.” (LuCom source, refused to testify at court)
- started dating the accussed 8 or 9 months ago (LuCom source, refused to testify at court)

- worked for LuCom for over a year

- had a set routine you could almost set your watch to.(LuCom source, refused to testify at court)

possible connection - Golden Triad:
- Golden Triangle triad - nothing specific, but the name rings in several threads.
- The Alice commlink was regsitered to be active in the triad turf, but dissapeared since.

- verify with technical department - how many hackers would it take crash all aros on the stree?
- verify blackmarket sources - is there LuCom paydata floating around already?

Just as you finished your first read over the Diamond's notes, Stalker made an appearance at the Sloan Lake Park.

As he said earlier he appeared on scooter. He sports cybereyes, katana and receding hairline, over lined coat. It’s pretty obvious that he’s a retired street samurai. He looks to be early middle-aged.

He signals you to drive after him to the building looking like an old bunker. Rusty doors give way to the iron ramp leading down. Before you go further Stalkers closes the door, unsheathes katana and signals you drive on. Tunnels are turning often, and you never see more then 50 meters ahead. The walls are murky, light is dim and the sound of engine, successfully kills any sounds.

The ride took a good thirty minutes. Finally he pulled down an exit ramp for you, checked if the exit is clear, and signalled you to drive. You emerged into the trees from large concrete pipe disappearing in hill side. 

He tapped twice at the van signalling all clear and disappeared back into the tunnel.

You set the autopilot to the Dean's apartment, and returned to reading notes.

As we have an Agent that we can use, Ill run my commlink in offline mode also, Load agent and Medic program and command it to repair crashed squirells nut.

IMO it was Alices Agent, and those two dead motherfuckers in RedWire were those who killed her. I know, no stunning revelation Im just summarizing what we know. Still, Id like to find out the reasion they shot themselves, and IMO it lies in the world behind the rabbit hole, so we may need to run that BTL one more time...still, it can by done in AR

From those notes...where was Alice killed? And how? Does the bullets caliber match at least with some professional guess (i Hope Sam would be able) to the weapon that was seen in RedWire security footage, when that chinaboy killed his pardner and himself?

I assume you load Agents from the desktop in the warehouse? setting up the network so they will load on the Mouse 'link or Sam's or Ryker isn't difficult. The desktop allows you to load up to two agents per commlink, tell me which one do you take and who is carrying which.

From the reports, they were hit by at least two types of guns, at least two bullet sizes - heavy pistol holes probably Ares Predator, second holes were from something much lighter eg. Streetline Special (that info is from autopsy reports). RedWire guards were using silenced Ceska Scorpions

Both Alice and guard were found at the stairs to LuCom facility

Well...depending on how much time I have, I may be able to hack into Dean's system. Dean's has a good set up going on here; but I did notice a couple of possible system flaws that I could persue from my previous attempt before being distracted by that rabbit agent.
Shall I have another go at it, Unca Omar? We'll want to modify the access_id of Alice's com link to prevent KE from discovering it should we need to make another hacking attempt at it.

While talking, Omar spilled half of his cofee around on the table and ground. Cleaning drone approaches him and stays allert for more dirt, observing Omar with kind of prejudice in the sensor...now this time, it aint fun, and even it makes Omar a bit more nervous...

Mouse winches in pain in the meat. In his mental node his icon grabs hold of the nearest console to prevent him from falling flat on his face. Thinking to his-self that the BTL must still be affecting his judgement because that code segment goes here that one goes there...not vice versa. Note to self, control program goes before attack program.

By the time Omar arrived to the abandoned warehouse, the ware house started to be really abandoned.
First one then another of the junkies left the house with none more coming back. Sam for a moment thought of following them but each of them started in different direction.

Mouse in the back of the van probed the Dean's node but he still felt dizzy after the dumpshock, then after the strain of threading sprite.
Omar wasn't faring better his eyes were bloodshot and light pained him tremendously, so he decided to jump into the vehicle to avoid the pain of the meat, but then his brain wasn't functioning as well as he would have liked. That blackout must have left some pieces of the grey matter still smoldering, and the rig wasn't perfect. The van was jerking in all the improper moments speeding or slowing down.

Without any further incidents an hour later however the team has united and both hackers presented their miserable heads to the Ryker's wary eyes.
