Anyways, I would love to participate. I'll make a character soon enough and post it in the "Big Black Book of Runners." I'm about to run my second game with a group of people for whom it will be their first time playing (with a nice, big, overarching Plotline... ), so the experience of being in another game would be welcome! Especially the experience role-playing! Anyways, once we get a few more people, we should talk about what we want to do/specialize in; also, regarding qualities, same limit as in the Core Book, and no house rules? (Should mention that I'm willing to play anything that isn't a hacker... don't like hacking.)
Also, I have never done PbP before, although I have role-played before.

Welcome to the game Paenito. I'm leaving this game open to 6 players at maximum and 2 players minimum. Anyone after that goes on the waiting list and will come into the game when a spot opens up. We'll be discussing what type of characters everybody wants to play as a group as well.
Yeah we are playing this game straight out of the rule books so no house rules at the moment. Don't worry about having never played PBP it's a lot like regular roleplaying except a lot slower. I should be able to post everyday mon to fri but the weekends are a killer for me, got family commitments but sometimes I'm free, and next week I will be unable to get online from tuesday to thursday as I will be spending that time with my girlfriend.
Also I'm still struggling with the hacking rules as well but I'll do my best to provide a decent gaming experience for any hackers or technomancers that join the game!

I would like to try playing by post. It has been years since I have roleplayed and have not played shadowrun since version 2 was out. I have the new book and new street magic book. I would like to play a mage of mystic adept but I am willing to play whatever the party needs. I think I would be available to post between daily and every other day.
Welcome to the game. A mage or mystic adept should be fine but we will discuss what characters everybody plays as a group so that we come up with a group that everybody is happy to play in.
Also I should mention that I am GM who lets the dice fall where they may, which can mean the occasional PC death if things are risky, or players have an unlucky street. If your character does die, and I'm not saying she or he will, you will have to come up with another character but will not lose your place in the game.
