All, if you want to press and negotiate the price, I need one of you to make a negotiations roll. JDA has the best charisma, and none of you have negotiations skill. so unless you spend the edge on it it's going to be a tough one (not sure if after modifiers, any dices will be left at all) - Still JDA, you may roll Charisma -1 (defaulting on negotiations).

I have influence group 3 so there is negotiation 3 as well, mid you GM 
as it is my first meeting with the Don I can get first impression +2 and edge 4 , not to forget Charisma 4
in the end either 13 dice or 9 without the edge

We will see, as I am no face, but the roll I made was OK even for a Face, still the neg modifiers might take away some hits, so hope you guys have some arguments for our side as well.

Mafia main business is smuggling in goods, and they also have connections with security forces around the Denver enabling them to implant higher rating SINs.

Wouldn't this sweeten your deal if you could get some or all of the payment in the higher availability gear?

Don is suspicious toward you - he don't know you, and he already know you're not telling him the truth -1 dice
Haggling with Don, annoys him, he want the job done, the budget has been set. -1 dice
 
Don, create an impression of power. Street reputation of 5, against your 0. You don't want to sell cheap, but you want to sell. -5 dice.

We try not to step on the toes of the other Family, that is as far as it is possible. My first guess would be with the Triads, there were several incidents lately, we got let say it "overlapping business markets".

before we end the negotiation we might inquire about helping them with this problem as well. as a bonus if they happen to be part of this job.
