We try not to step on the toes of the other Family, that is as far as it is possible. My first guess would be with the Triads, there were several incidents lately, we got let say it "overlapping business markets".

With a small change to the geography there - Aztlan has been wiped out from Denver during Year of the Comet - only four sectors remained.

No. PCC/CAS/UCAS would be enought for now...we will see where it takes us. This is not the time probably, but Ill need to do something about it...how should I solve border crossing issue for the future? Contacts? Skill? Knowledge? Fake SIN?

You have the fake SIN (or maybe even real, don't remember) so you can cross the borders normally. Char+Etq+Sin rating (2)
That is unless you have something special with yourself - like military class armed rover or gun larger then light pistols or armor greater than lined coat/urban jumpsuit.

to smuggle things you need Coyote or just bribe the guards on the border (300 yen per crossing person unless things get particulary hot)

One of the option to drive around like king would be to create yourself a fake SIN of a Zone Defense Force officer (citywide police created by Ghostwalker) - and this could be one of the things you could ask for the mission completion - Dean is a SIN specialist.

I still would like to be living in the CAS sector as incicated by the starting post of char generation, as last time we kinda forgot about border, and remembered just midway in the game my home got moved, but as this is a new game new settings for the mission, might i ask if i can get back to CAS?

Basicaly - no.

We set up both the bar you work in and the place you live in Pueblo.
They stay there - if you want to change to CAS (change jobs or change apartment) you're free to do so in IC. Find new place, move your stuff, done.
