When this says, "use the Hacking skill to perform such actions" do you mean re-rolling for admin privileges? If not re-rolling for admin privileges, why couldn't you just Hack to do anything admin related anyway?

by the way the three programs Raiting 4 are from basic ones or can we get biofeedback f. as well?

You can't see anything else then already mentioned that could be used for detection.
To your expert eyes three well placed charges could crash this building completely, but you don't see any sign of the place being rigged. There could be something explosive inside the desktop frame, but from teh radar point of view, there is nothing visible and would have to be the size of microbomb. Highly improbable.

IDN what you mean, if this was meant for me??? As I understand tI can still switch the IC off, just not automaticaly, I need to use Hacking skill to do it. What should I roll then?
