From team`s PAN comunication Zach got an info that wagner sucesfully kidnapped one of those drones. He targets the last one and provides him long full automatic narrow care (8 bullets):

Wagner took over the drone that hadn't been destroyed. He used its sensors to watch what else was coming after them through the shaft entrance. His voice sounded through its speakers, "The grenade in the maintenance room will detonate in 4.19 seconds." before his hijacked toy started flying down to the bottom of the shaft.

[OOC: Don't know how much sensor it's got. Assuming the normal rotodrone: Command 6, Sensor 3, Actively Looking 3, VR 2 (14d6.hits(5)=5)]

After artfully dodging a volley of in-coming fire you return fire and begin to rain lead up through the shaft at the two remaining drones focusing on the one not in your teams control and it (Rotodrone 4) also explodes.

[OOC: FA is -9 recoil, so that's an extra -2, which leaves you with 5 hits.  Resp (3d6.hits(5)=0).  That's 10P+9 for FA.  Body + Armor is only 9, so DP not big enough and Rotodrone 4 is destroyed.]

@Wagner:

The a copy of the VR toy robot icon of your persona is seated inside a pilot cockpit was your Command program instantly begins translating the interface your comm and the drone.  You spin it around see through the viewing screen the smoke filled utility room which is covered in your vision with an ultrasonic mesh overlay on top of thermographic signatures.  As the smoke clears a little the drones audio sensors hear the clang of metal on metal......and something heavy at that.....moving down the corridor.  As it rounds the corner into the utility room you get a clear glimpse at the thing standing 3 meters tall, it's choppy motion quite eerie the way large crawler drones' movement tends to be:

Brick ducks back quickly in to the next section of the tunnel as drone parts shower the bottom of the shaft. after it sounds like everything that's coming down is down, he moves back in and reacquires the tunnel entrance with his smartgun. waiting for more targets. @Team subvocal> Lets hurry up gents, the natives aren't going to get any friendlier.

(OOC: turn breakdown, Free action speaking, simple aiming, holding final simple for hostile targets.)

While his hijacked rotodrone flies down the shaft, Wagner sees if he can't upgrade his security account to an admin account in the hope of preventing a spider to regain control, a work that looks like it will take longer than he had hoped. The doberman drones continue climbing, uncaring about the violent events in the shaft.

All of a sudden the source of the clanging sound becomes readily apparent as your thermographic vision finally shows the massive drone-like crawler that Wagner warned the team about pop though the vent shaft and train duel nasty-looking machine gun turrets straight down the shaft.

Brick's smartlink focuses on the top of the elevator shaft acquiring the drone's gun turrets. Brick switches the selector to SA and opens fire on them. The first shot rings out, (11d6.hits(5)=6) and the second.= 12dp (12d6.hits(5)=3)

Your smartlink begins crunching the numbers and you see the output stream down the field of view of near your reticule.  The first shot booms up through the shaft and Zach flinches.  The cyborg deftly maneuvers and evades the first shot but the second boom catches it off-guard and it's left gun gets blown right off and showers your teammates with debris. 

[OOC:  Cyborg defense: Response 5 = (5d6.hits(5)=3).     We'll say that each gun has Armor 10, Body 2 and 5 points of damage meter.   That's 3 net hits.  DV is 10P + 2nethits at -5 AP.  It penetrates armor.  Left gun's damage soak: Body 2 + Armor 10 + AP -5 = (7d6.hits(5)=2).  That's 10P done to it and it's disabled.   2nd non-called shot, Cyborg: Response 5 + 2nd dodge -1 = (4d6.hits(5)=0).  That's a critical glitch.  It'll spend 1 Edge to negate it.  That's 3 net hits, for a total of 13P.  Cyborg: Body 10 + Armor 10 + AP -5 = (15d6.hits(5)=5)Cyborg: Edge reroll = (10d6.hits(5)=6).  Total of 11 hits.  So it takes 2P.   I'll do a Manuever (2) test to see if it keeps its grip on the walls.  Cyborg manuever check: Pilot Walker 5 + Response 5 + Handling 2 + Cyborg Hotsim bonus 2 = (14d6.hits(5)=4).  He makes it.]

The giant robot above them needed to be taken out as quickly as possible. Even a single burst from its canon might be more than enough to do some serious damage. Wagner's pulled Karina's smartgun camera into view. Software, drone and dwarf working together to fire a grenade at the robot.

Acquiring target... Target acquired.
Calculating distance... Complete.
Calculating air resistance... Moisture levels... Temperature... Wind...
Calculating grenade trajectory... Complete.
Calculating time to target... Complete.
Firing Weapon.
Delay.
Detonate.
Waiting for instructions.


The projectile left the doberman's grenade launcher with a plopping sound and flew up through the shaft, exploding at the exact moment it reached its target's height.

If the shot is over 50m, there's a -1 for range, but the last 2 dice weren't hits so shouldn't be an issue.

5x5 shaft, let's say 2m from N Wall, 3 from S, 2m from E wall, 3 from W. 10P, -2DV/m: add 2 times +2DV after 2+2m distance.
