Any Low (2) Neighborhoods in Seattle that aren't radioactive or in the ACHE?

I know...picky...but my character has had bad experiences with both.  :o

There is a ton; I will reference New Seattle because they offer the best guide for district rating:

For downtown we have Bitter Lake and Riverton (some areas), Columbia, Ravenna (some areas), Tukwila

Bellevue: Coalfield, east gate, may creek, new castle, Redmond

Tacoma: Fife, Milton, northeast Tacoma, south Tacoma

Everett: allot of their districts were effected in the crash of 64....so allot of the area is 2 or lower

Renton: Christopher, Meredith (some areas)

Auburn: Black diamond, Enumclaw (some areas), Sumner (some areas)

Redmond Tukwila area:

Puyallup city and Tarislar (due to contract with KE)

That leaves Snohomish and FT. Lewis. Just ask if you need those two as well.

Frankie gave an excellent list.

In general, Low Lifestyle neighborhoods aren't that horrible.  The ACHE is little more than a prison, and somewhere outright radioactive/toxic is going to be a zero zone.

Low lifestyle neighborhoods are nicer than the typical "barrens" areas.  Residents have SINs (at least fake ones), pay rent, eat regular meals(of processed food), and have basic services.  There is a rent-a-cop that patrols your apartment building, and there is a garage or at least a lot with security to park your vehicle.   And while you certainly want to keep your wits about you, the grid guide works, and if someone is walking around with assault weapons Knight Errant shows up with a swat van.  There are going to be inexpensive to moderate price restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues around.  People in these neighborhoods are semi-skilled or skill wire factory workers, service industry workers, students, retirees on a basic pension, etc.  Also, petty but successful criminals and shadowrunners at the start of the career fall into this range.
