A quick scan to the building security and she pulls up the camera logs, downloads them, then wipes traces of her team's presence and sets the remainder on a loop of empty corridors for the next few minutes.

Zooming closer to the person creeping in the shadows, Ghost found not one but three people moving through the back alleys.  Each of them had dark lines running through their bodies suggesting wired reflexes, skillwires or both.  It's not until he looks up that he sees the spirit hovering in the air above the whole cadre, shepherding them forward.

As the man got off the elevator, Mary made sure to keep an eye on him, and although she didn't follow him into the room, and she made sure to not bump into him as he passed by, she never stopped watching him.

When she saw Clean Steve's face, Mary's teeth clenched. "Great. Now we have a guy like that on us. No wonder that assassination was so perfect...."

As Johnny whirled by her, she made sure to not move out of stealth and keep quiet. Don't need to draw unwanted attention, especially now that a guy was about to walk into a bombed office.

@Yuri sorry to overload you, but it appears that it might be difficult to get the people out of this building.... Perhaps you could make it think there's a fire or something? If that won't work, tell me quickly and I'll deal with it

Agility + Infiltration = 9d6.hits(5)=4 + -4 modifier to see her.

Umberto inches open the front door, waiting for Clean Steve to come closer, wired reflexes making everything seem almost dreamy. Maybe I find out if that coat fits me after all, eh! ... When the assassin gets to within about 10 metres, he hangs part way out the door, and blasts away with his Ingram for all he's worth!

[OOC: I presume roll initiative ... initiative 15 Initiative (3 IPs) (10d6.hits(5)=5). Jink tries to take good cover in the doorway if possible. ]

Ghost runs into the office,  calls on his guardian spirit.  "Looks like I got myself into some trouble" he says through the sense link "Seems like we got a spirit and three goons at back door and a pretty boy at the front.  It's our job take out the spirit and those goons.  Spirit first"

Ghost then switches to astral perception to see if he can see the spirit.  If not he will enter the astral plane again and follow the guardian, wait for him to engage the enemy spirit,  then cast a force 5 manabolt at the thing

Side requests done, Yuri pulls out her silenced Predator and checks the clip full of stick-n-shocks.  Then she settles into a hiding spot just inside the restroom door to peer at the workshop's big door before looking back to check on the AR windows.

Hiding in doorway to ambush goons: Agility 5 + Infiltration 3 = (8d6.hits(5)=3)

She fires up her Agent on the 'link to start scanning for hidden nodes of the incoming team. Maybe these jokers left a chink in thier virtual armor...

Initiative check: Reaction 4 + Intuition 5 = (9d6.hits(5)=4)
(Final initiative = 13, 2 passes)
(for simplicity, Agent has same Init, 3 passes)

The Hallways at Gibson exploded with sound and strobing light.  The elevator dropped to the first floor and deactivated.  It seemed like a war was happening.  The whole building was now on high alert.

Ok, no direct link to Gibson...  And I couldn't get in on wireless.  But he's a computer guru, so he's gotta have a nexus.  Think girl, think!  Ok, if I was him, I'd have Stealth programs, some IC, and wifi-blocking in the walls.  He's got a runner for a sister so he probably has it all.  Wait, then how's Johnny's signal getting out?

A thin smile crosses Yuri's lips as the lightbulb goes on in her head.  Dropping the biofeedback filter to make room she cranks up her Track program on her compatriot's messages, looking for a nexus router right before thier commlink IDs.

[use however many rolls I can get in before combat starts.  Each one is 1 IP's worth of time.  Takes 5 to finish the Track completely.  Tracking Mary since she has no Stealth program to slow it down.  Not sure if Niel's node would count any stealth it has against it.  Ignore any beyond what I can squeeze in before combat I guess.]

Despite Jink's first instinct to open fire on the assassin, a small bubble of prudence pushes through to the front of his old brain and he instead half steps out of the doorway, SMG clearly visible but pointed at the ground...

"Mr Steve I presume. I am Jink. Call off your men and we can talk."

Jink patches everyone into the conversation by repeating everything mentally over his link.

"Nice coat," he offers, by way of opening small talk, raising an appreciate eyebrow.

Steve smiles and walks slowly forward, his clear blue eyes dancing with recognition in the streetlight.  "Umberto Kappa!  I was wondering who might be in there."  He put his hands up shoulder high and waved them forward twice.  "You like the coat?"  He raises it up above his waist and turns in a circle to show that he's unarmed.  "What business do you have here at Vanian's tonight?  I don't expect we'll be treated to a second coincidence?"

Jink watches CS very closely as he raises his hands, and moves his jacket around, trying to detect whether he has any weapons hidden on him, or if he is a spellcaster, is somehow using his magic ... [OOC: Perception test with glasses 3 and actively looking 3: Perception (13d6.hits(5)=4)]

Umberto is happy enough for CS to walk closer, and keeps his SMG lowered as long as he stays at least 5 metres away (if he gets closer than that, he points his firearm directly at him and pipes up with "Close enough, Mr Steve. I can hear you fine from here." )

Otherwise Jink shrugs his shoulders at Steve's question. "You know biz, little bit this, little bit that."

Sending a wireless command to his wagon, Umberto starts her up and directs her to slowly pull away from the curb and pull onto the street, facing it's back towards the front of Vanian's shop. "Wish we could talk more, eh, but I was just leaving."
