I made a fillable character sheet for the 20th Anniversary edition character sheet so I wouldn't have to constantly waste paper when I make important NPC's and such. I thought I would share it here if anyone wants to use it, dunno if theres one floating around I got a fillable Long character sheet but I don't use that for NPC's because its never necesarry for me to have the much info.

Chummer is great for a quick'n'dirty character generator that can print standard-style Character Sheets, as well as lighter "GM Summary" style sheets. It can also auto-tally your points as you fill in the character.

Here is the one I usually use for jotting information down quickly on a sheet Basic.
