So i disappeared, again, as is a frequent problem with me and this game. I found a job but lost all opportunities to role play IRL anymore, which makes running a game on this forum really difficult, I wanted to carry on the messy Biz story but it just stopped being a main interest and slowly but surely I stopped going on the forum at all. Though you were all great players I found it difficult GMing for people I didn't properly know.
Consider this an apology to my players for the fickle nature I've treated this campaign with.

I don't think there's much point trying to salvage the campaign from the dusty shelf I've left it on and I don't have any other campaign ideas. I'd like to restart it but I'm sure that'd be unappealing to anyone who has played in it before or read the IC. I've been asking my friends IRL if they would like to join, as I was when we lost a few players before my absence, but just as with RPing IRL the majority don't have the time or interest to join.

Andromeda is ready to roll again. this story ark seemed a lot of fun so i am still game for keeping it going or restarting.

Though, to be honest, I wouldn't have minded a "Sorry, RL is happening, stopping game, bye".

That's pretty much why i'm apologizing, it was less real life and more just me.

Anyway I'm glad you two are in, I have one other player lined up (A Combat Medic if Hank isn't still around, otherwise their character is pretty flexible to change into something else) and just got inspiration for a new NPC and possibly a new mission to occur before you guys hit the club (Yes that mysterious job you never had to do).

Restarting is a go.

Just acquired a Street Sam player. but they need to stat up. Are you Two able to send me your original Character sheets (0 karma 0 rewards) from back when we started? I had my computer die a few months back and they went with it.
For reference, starting stats were 400BP char gen + 31 Karma+ 7000 nuyen You must take a 3/1 fixer (Creepy Joe) minimum if you're metahuman.
Attributes are New x 3 in Karma
Any books but spy games or beyond (Though way of the adept is allowed), avail 12 (unless you take restricted gear).

I've been out of the game for a while and Don't have any recent books. If I get a rule or something else wrong, feel free to tell me straight away.

Oh great, my old internet provider discontinued the email address I had on DrivethruRPG so i can't reset my password or get any of the PDFs i own.

Luckily DTRPG's customer service is as strong as ever and have now merged the account with my new one.

I'm going to give it a couple more days incase one of my old group logs back on and wants their spot back, if not, sure.

As an added note to everyone: If no one else from the old group comes back I'm sticking with 5 as my Max player count, otherwise it will be 4 + however many come back.

I have preatty much remade her in a new better way, or will remake her a new if the rules have changed.

You'd really reboot the game?
Seems like a waste of the time spent earlier (and PbP's cost far too much  time already) and you can't really do the surprise at the Club again...
But I'll go with it...

Did just sign up with Silk in another game (though if she'll actually get to be part of the 'runner team there remains to be seen).
Would prefer different characters in different games, but to be honest I'm not sure I can manage to build another one... And I was having lots of fun with her in this game.
Silk's sheet was on Google Docs.

All right here's what i'll do, i'll continue the game as is but some plot elements may be changed or removed ad hoc to deal with the altered team, i'm also going to need to know Romy and Silk's Karma rewards(I all ready know Silks is 49, Thanks Xzy) thus far, ill use that as an average to give to the new players, i will save a 6th slot for farothel to return as our mage.

Padawan and Ren, you have both raised interest but i only have one slot left, Ren all ready has some characters ready to go, Padawan, please present yours. May the best runner win~


I won't restart but I will be running a Prequal mission first, don't think of it as a retcon, it's just to get the current team running together in the past to ease transition, and add a new plot element I wanted.
Likely this will start before farothel's return, which will help keep not knowing her canon.
Then we will return, in media res to an updated version of Chapter 2, still on the tail of that Gambling Cyber Hand.

Slot 2: Xzylvador playing Silk the smooth but social network addicted Face.
Slot 3: Punch playing Cookie the emotionless Combat Medic.
Slot 4: electricblue109 is currently making a Street Sam.

Slot 6: Reserved for previous player.

FYI, Farothel's on vacation until the 28th. Knowing him and his activity on these boards, it probably won't be very long after that 'til he logs back on the boards.

Just for fairness, if Padawan has a concept fitting into the group i won't contest it, he was faster. We also play together in two groups so i don't want any conflicts because of a third.
And for the others, i post here my three possible concepts:
- a fomori troll close-combat adept, on the run from the Philippines (SURGE I but nothing flashy)
- an ork military veteran with multiple cyberlimbs (courtesy to a well-placed mine)
- a haruman dwarf designer baby, with good athletic and infiltration abilities (good upbringing but circumstances made him a thief)

Just missing the final details from all three.

@Chrona: if you are not restarting, will the person joining have to familiarize himself with previous events or will the character be a new recruit in the team?
