Nope, turns out all booking is in person, the website is hosted on a Horizon Media node.

I don't know if it's still so in  2073 but if you visit a hotel, you only have to pay for each night, i.e. if you leave the hotel before (complaining that it wasn't the quality you where looking for or something like that) you don't have to pay for the night. Only for the stuff like the mini-bar, if you used it. Space can use his accounting skill to know about those things?
