Correcte, but only if Silk can approach him personally; I don't think we get an introduction if a bellboy delivers our credstick. (Aki will take it, thank the bellboy and that's it.) But so far, Aki isn't arround.
Also, if we doesn't approach him directly with the credstick: How do we know that it's his :
a) Silk can say, that he saw Aki drop it --> why didn't she give it to him right away.
b) Aki's name/SIN is a the credstick --> I don't think, LJ or Silk can forge something like that in the restaurant. --> I would prefer a plan which can be done now, while Silk is still in the hotel.

What does speaks again that Silk claims that she has a meeting with Aki (but his assistant has also failed at this)? If Aki really shows up: Oren(Silk) knows Aki from Atlantic City - bla bla live story from back there, bla bla - and Oren wants to go to the illegal casion (she is a gambler too). She doesn't has contacts to the local Yakuza, but she is very sure that Aki knows where it is (and she already paid enough for the entry code).

 To the concierge, Silk only needs to tell that she wants to meet with Aki, who she knows from Atlantic City and wants to talk about old and current  gambling opportunities.

There is also something: If Silk ask for Aki it now, before she goes to the restaurant (to wait for him), there might be a chance that either Aki himself or the Vory headhunter will take a look at her. Pro: THose guys probably know when and where the casion events happens --> we can steal at from them. Contra: Yakuza/Vory are taking a look at Silk&Co. --> Good think, you are at a high security hotel, where the can't attacke you. If anyone follows Silk&Co outside, Noise&Co. will be waiting *evil-grin*

She went there with "let's scope out the place" as the plan. It would be pointless making any plans involving the hotel without even knowing what it looks like and who's there. Gaining more would be welcome, but Silk wouldn't consider a good meal and some useful info a failure of her assignment.

For scoping out the place even more, it's either asking for permission to take a look around the hotel or at something specific there. (Chrona, I asked if it was an old building, interesting architecture or if there's art or something... maybe you missed it, I editted it in.)
Another option is LJ wandering around by himself. I can't judge how skill he is so I'll leave that to Kontact; but I'm thinking that if/when he gets caught, security will just be totally embarrased that a child somehow managed to slip past their watch and he'll be returned to Silk. They're not going to open fire on a kid and I doubt they'll kick them out of the hotel too, more than likely they'll try to hide that he slipped past them, or even make up for it...

What do we need to get to that point? LJ can walk around a little bit, I assume we the purpose to find us a plan B (Plan A is still to kidnap Aki around the casino, correct?)
Meanwhile, you can try to talk to Aki somehow, unless you can think of anything Silk needs to know before that?

You can pretend to be distracted by Aki, while LJ slips away from his mom. I don't know how good of a face Silk is, but maybe she even get the floor or room number from him, so LJ knows where she has to sniff around.

As I think about it, Aki has debts with CJ, the Vory and it seems also starts some at the Yakuza. He probably is very paraniod right now and won't answer Silks question for a meeting at all. So I wounder,what bad can happen when Silk ask Aki to join her for lunch? Remark, high security hotel, we can't approach Aki aggressively, but he also can't approach us or better Silk&Co.

Lots. Most important: the Bakuto Casino's location, who or whatever "The Bog" is -at the moment, I'm thinking it's a very risky something that gets you a 4 mil jackpot if you win-.
Best case, Silk can manage to convince him she's a big fan and wants to be just like him, he's oh so great! and convince him to go there together with her, making jumping him so much easier.

But for that we need info, lots and lots more than we have now.
If Silk talks to him now and can't manage to uphold the "I'm a gambler too!" con, she can't just show up two days later and try pulling that trick.

So far, we have:

-Buy it from Noise informant, but she doesn't like that plan and its probably not cheap
-Go to a legal casion and find a gambler and steal the information, but how do we find the right gambler? Could be risky and expensive (in time and neyen)
-Con Aki into telling us. If Silk doesn't approach him now, what is a good reason to come back to the restaurant without rising suspicioun?

Does Silk has a suitable Knowledge-Skill to recognize who she has to talk to? Maybe I'm wronge and a Face can actually do that, but going into a legal Yakuza controlled casion and asking about an illegal event could be somehow... lethal. You would need days spending money with gambling to find the right people is think. Afterall we don't have time or money to buy ourselve trust from the Yaks. But if you think, its to risky for Silk to talk to Aki right now, its your call.

Alternative Plan: @Chrona, if LJ could connect the hidden commlink, she got from Space, to a terminal from the cleaning personal, could Space hack himself access with a standart account without breaking through that heavy encryption? The terminal from the cleaning personal probably would only get limited information, but at least roomnumber, name and special wishs like fresh flowers or german shocolad in the mini bar.

With the room number, we could use the drone or LJ to get near that room and Space can hack into Aki's link. LJ can even hidde the the secret commlink and don't need to stay near the cleaning room.
