I sort of doubt that a moderate security extraterritorial corp building would have its blueprints floating around for free.

It's not like they had to file their plans with the city.

Possibility: That hotel is one of Horizons Mass-production buildings (Same basic structur, build out of preconstructed moduls) and so there are many buildings with the same (or similar) blueprint. Maybe one of those blueprint was but into the matrix, e.g. through WikiLeaks 2.o .
Its at least worse a DataSearch roll.

Maybe we will find a floorplan in one of the personal terminals.
