I have a player wanting to make a gnome rigger who wants to pilot a, Horizon-Doble Revolution (Enclosed Monocycle) with a Rigger Cocoon so he can travel with the rest of the group.  How feasable is this? and could it fit in a normal hallway? or how loud would it be?

The cocoon would just be essentially an armored safety net hooked to the driver seat.

As for driving down hallways, sure. But how do you fit it through the door? Also, that is pretty noticeable, won't he get pulled over constantly?

Actually, "distinctive style" is one of the negative qualities I consider of mixed benefit.

It's bad when you want anonymity - avoiding blame, retribution, or detection. It's bad when someone decides they need to send payback as, well, "There was a cocoon-rigged Revolution in the area" (or caught on camera inside the building, or...)

Its first benefit is the third bad: YOUR work is known. If you run some glitches, it gets known even better than the successful missions.

A second benefit is that it can be used as a distraction.

The negatives tend to outweigh the positives, but as with a handful of other options it does have some potential positives.

And assumes that he could phicaly travel with the rest of the group, insted of using his drones as proxy.  Is there actual deminsions of the bike so I can give him an idea of how hard it would be to fit through doors.  He assumes that since there are troll sized people in the world he should be able to manauver as such.

I think I'd ask him how he intends to open doors, first.

There are no official numbers posted. For a SWAG, I'd say the diameter is roughly similar to the length of other motorcycles of roughly similar weight. Call it 2.5 meters for a round number.  That means in principle his argument is sound -- it should fit through doors and halls that accommodate trolls.

The thing is, how many doors and halls actually accommodate trolls? How many times, instead, do trolls have to remain slightly hunched or even ducking to get through buildings?

It's a subtle form of antitroll prejudice, of keeping the minority suppressed, don't you think?
