a chapter can consist of few dozens of gangers. from what you know (based on the are that Three Kings have under their control) there can be up to 50 gangers, probably less. Larger group would have taken a larger bite on the territory.
Fronts, on the other hand are one of the largest if not largest (the other large one is Godz) certainly over five hundres heads.

Mafia (both families) is making lot's of deals with Fronts. But Fronts are a faction on their own on the Denver crime map.

are there some known names associated with the 3kings. some recognizable thug, street fighter?
fighting tactics weaponry.

Well, the only known member was their leader Jonny ThreeKings (whatever his name was he didn't used it). He died last week in a shooting. You might ask for his second in command.

It's a street gang, so fighting tactics is usual - go in large number, hide behind the trash can, know your streets well and have friends in every second house.

You don't know, but Fractal/Ryker can know so for the team this is fairly public knowledge. Fronts have lots of chapters, that are wearing Front's colors, but there are also smaller gangs that are wearing their own ones. Some of them are hostile  - hence the gang wars. Some are friendly with Fronts, they maintaing independence. In worse times they fall under them, in better times, they grow in number and become more visible on their own. Three Kings, have been large enough to be able to defend their turf, and rejected to join Fronts. They've been however on friendly terms with them. So they were considered to be part of the fronts, even though they technically have their own leader and colors.

this makes oe more Q come up,
if they lack a leader, then who decides what they do, if they join or not?
we might actually help one of the Lt to become the new leader and i return they aligned with the vory.

Sam might get inn the gang if they are still recruiting. they would defiantly need some one skilled and Sam could talk his way into the gang if we have the time if not then a more crude approach is needed. + infiltration will be no problem either way
