Yes, we definitively need more info on their intarnal structure. Infiltration? We can do some hacking, but IMO they dont dwell on electronic comunications too much...
And...Their former leader was killed in shooter, right? well, who was the adversary in this shooter?

Sam might get inn the gang if they are still recruiting. they would defiantly need some one skilled and Sam could talk his way into the gang if we have the time if not then a more crude approach is needed. + infiltration will be no problem either way

nope, you are wrong. There is anybody else but us who can do something about it. By posting properly and keeping IC/OOC separated. At least Sent should not give us any more info while asked outside IC. If we need to chitchat in OOC, then just as the preparation for IC post.

I can do that, though I use it from time to time to push the action forward. I like that our games are less formal than most - though it does degrade the posts quality.

 as far as i see it all info comes to OOC and the player getting it decides to give it to others IC or not.
then Sam could not kow what Fractal knew about the gangs, ad Fractal Did not share the info aloud in the meet, maybe later in the car

I really prefer to keep OOC and IC separeted; it's more organized, organic, and when the game ends, we can read just the IC thread to remember the story.  And it's the way I generally play, so I'm mero used to it.

I have a few spell options that could help with infiltration. Invisibility, illusion. Could also summon a spirit to conceal an infiltrator.
Sam would be familiar with this as we did it in the last run. I believe we were pretty effective with it.
