I was thinking, If they act so completely unrelated to reality from your (players) perspective that you assess them so as a runner.

They should be perceived as weak individually, but I don't think if judging them as weaklings as a gang is correct. Omar doesn't have gang's knowledge, so he might act based on his Lagosian experiences, but Fractal should know better. 25 guns with an advantage of own ground can be a force to recon.

I understand that, but as I said, Fractal really don't respect this as power. He will not be challenging them for a fight (well, at least not right now), but he truly believes that, even if the situation calls for it, it's not reasonable to shoot at the team, and that few words can tell the gangers that.

All in all, he really think it's stupid to act without a little bit of strategy, specially when the gang is on the verge of collapsing; that's why he thinks as he thinks.

Sam would get fed up by this stupidity by this time. Intimiditation and some truth  coming soon in IC. Just give me the heads up, if you want Sam to stop before he kick someone from his bike and gets a gun to his head

You know Sent, you may missed our point a few times. Fractal is not supposed to talk to empty doorframe, but every time he asks Tommy to have a quick talk about the situation, and he was trying to initiate talk more than few times, Tommy jumps out wit:

T: But I GOT BALLS and I`M RUNNING

If he, in any occasion, pauses for the moment, and give us a signal ...something like: Ok Im listening. He would get info on Fronts representative, he would get video feed and he would possibly be able to make a plan with us, Maria would be safe in the van and we will be going on the meeting together. BUT THAT IDIOT WAS RUNNING WITH BALLS every time we propose beginning of conversation. I even get the feeling that the mission scenario is writen that way the anything runners do, it ends up with Tommy dead or leaving and runners are supposed just to watch him whatever he gets into.
Maybe you wanted to speed things up by refusing any possible attempt, I really dont understand. If you read our conversation...I mean team conversation, we have been talking about lot of things, but even when we were joking with Sam it was in tis sequence:
A few sentences statement - a few sentences response.

Tomy used whole 20 words for this conversation...and half of it he was YELLING IRATTIONALY.
It may had been misunderstanding, but I really dont get this.
One simple answer from him, something like: "Ok so what do you propose" or "OK, Im listening" but no. BALLSY YELLING idiot that has undergone lobotomy

Just talking what's on Fractal mind right now:

He knows Tony wants to leave the 3Kings, the cause being Maria; he also know that 3Kings are about to dissolve, and that even thoug Tony wants to leave them, he does not want it to happen; and that they are in a desperate need of a strong leader (which he could have been, but does not want to) or of support.

Fractal is thinking of letting all of this cristal clear to Tony, and that he leaving will weaken the gang and let the ties that hold them togheter even looser; then he would say that there's one thing that can reunite and give a new breath to his gang: a common and know enemy (a true one or a fake one, doesn't matter, Fractal will propose that he decides who killed Johnny or someone who helped). Also, he can open to him that we know that the Fronts are about to come to them telling all sort of things about how they need to side with them to avoid a greater danger (the Vory), just now, in this very precise and proper moment. Too proper.

If needed, he will imply that the Fronts have something in it; or at least that making an imaginary enemy now may be advantageous to his case.

Well, I think it is time to be honest.
Lets say Tonny that we know for sure there is Fronts emmisary out there, ready to assimilate 3kings into fronts.
Show him the feed from dalmatian, he may be able to recognize if any strangers arew ppresent on the scene, or at least identify those who are about to revolt, and he may be prepared to confront them when he gots on the scene...he would at least be prepared.
Tell him we can take Maria to Rover, its more like a tank in this parts and she will be almost perfectly safe with us.
This is real deal and this we can offer him...and of course, some firepower if things go hot..

IDN if we can pull out that part with Vory right now, maybe we better wait for later oportunity, when this gang break up is solved. We may offer him guns, not telling him where they come from. If we still keep Maria, we can blackmail him to even stay here as the leader, allowed to see Maria from time to time when Kirillov lets him.

Im also really currious if Diamond confirms the story about Kev is LS undercover.

If you propose an enemy be specific who would it be. Note that he might be resistant to starting a conflict and leaving them with it.

On anything. You need to score 6 hits on extended negotiations test. Depending on his attitude for the solution there will be modifier. Interval is 10 minutes. Each roll will have increasing difficulty modifier due to Tony being more and more late.
