The Three Kings have established themselves on the southside of the Warrens, a little over a mile southeast of the Meat Market. This is the kind of a neighborhood where most people have the windows rolled up, the doors locked, and speed through at sixty miles an hour. In the shadows of the huge skyscrapers, there are smaller buildings in areas carved out by brute force and intimidation.
Following Tony’s motorcycle, you move deeper into the Warrens. Here the depravation of humanity is truly sickening. You pass by women and young boys being slapped around by pimps, glimmering beacons of vice which signal Mafia casinos and Yakuza bordellos. Sin and corruption palpable enough you can almost taste it—or maybe it’s just the bile building up.
Few moment after you started to drive you noticed a change in the drone relayed scene. Two black men and an older woman in armored long coats walk down the street. Both men have street sweepers in hand leaning against their shoulders, the middle woman wearing an underarm holster for a heavy pistol. The woman has dark tanned skin and muscles as tense as wire. On the zoom you see her eyes are steel cold, assessing the situation.
Murmurs run through the gang as they all seem to recognize the woman walking down the street. She begun will a loud call, ceasing the brawl immediately. Kings .... Friends…Brothers. Both Families have accepted our part of the land but there’s a new threat. Russian thugs roll over gangs. We will have to stand together, unify our strength, if you want to survive. Together we can shuffle them into the waste bins.
Her speech was initially welcomed with cheers from the North side and silence from the South side. After that there is street wide shouting. In general North welcomes the invitation and South claims that Kings can stand on their own and even if not, it is Tony's decision where they will go. Him being missing, however weakened that argument and few of the South have moved to the North.

Nothing more happened so far, but it's only a matter of days before they'll be consumed by other gangs in the vicinity according to LS analysts. On the other matter it's positive, as soon as you send the coordinates, an DocWagon team will move in.
About the same moment Mouse's sprite returned with initial results - namely photo of Nikolai Kirillov and a girl called Maria Kirillova from the school opening event in St. Petersburg. The girl is similar to the Tony's girlfriend. Comparison between girl photo and photos of Nikolai Kirillov and Maria estimates that it is the same people on 88% (the photo was taken almost ten years ago, names match, but it still could be her sister or his brother also, the photo's timestamp has been modified also, so it's not certain that the photo was taken ten years ago, it was also modified in terms of graphical corrections)
Looking ahead past Tony’s taillights, over Maria's back sitting behind him you see a large gathering in the street - the same that you've been monitoring via the drone. Some of them already noticed his arrival. But it is still a hundred meters or so...
