If sales are decent enough, we'd love to make this a regular thing.  The Freelancers are already lining up who we'd like to do for another one.

I need to read this one.

Then, I'll see about who's been left out.

Because, you know ... I'm down with this. :)

(Then again, I also have a few other ideas in my head for "Ten X" subjects. Remind me to bounce 'em up the chain later.)

Off the top of my head, Jackpointers who need written up (because they get used a LOT or because they're interesting) still include:

Netcat
Pistons
Kat o' Nine Tales
Plan 9
Snopes
Glitch
Riser
Man of Many Names
Butch
Dr. Spin
2XL

That's just names from Jackpoint that I'd like to see done up and think need it, not a list of what's coming up in the next book (if there is one).

Besides them, there's plenty of current movers and shakers (The other dragon, immortal elves,  and corp CEOs) that could easily be included.

Plus I'd love to see more updates about older runners and characters.  Pretty much anyone from the novels and any major old Shadowlander.

At some point, Ryan Mercury and Argent have to be published.

Riser was in there as well, true.  I tend to forget about 10 jackPointers.  I need to give it a reread.

How the hell are you going to be able to write Plan 9?  You know he's got a dozen plans to prevent that from ever happening!

Only two involve tinfoil!

Fianchetto said it best in Conspiracy Theories. You wanna get in with the conspiracy theorists, get them to give you all the info they have, even (especially) the stuff they don't know they have, then you gotta talk the talk, and earn their trust. I'd expect that Fianchetto, Thorn, /dev/grrl, Fastjack, Puck, or Netcat could probably get the truth out of him. Fianchetto and Thorn are the spies, getting info is what they do. /dev/grrl has proven herself to be more resourceful than people give her credit for, and she did the fashion guide with Plan 9 for Attitude. Fastjack is Fastjack. Nuff said. And Puck and Netcat are walking conspiracy theory magnets, so they could simply trade a couple stories for the info.

Netcat is odd, just because in the one story where she goes into the Deep Resonance while on an IV drip, she looke dmore like an Orc, but her write-up and other stuff says she's an Elf. So, my head's been off on her for forever. Pistons, I thought was a guy.

Clearly, these are two people that I don't need to write for. :)

Netcat's picture in Runner's Companion is just bad.  But then again, you can say that about almost all the artwork in it (Which is a shame, because it has one of THE best covers).

Recently someone asked, after seeing Slamm-O's pic in SL: Supplemental, how he ever bagged Netcat.  My answer was "Have you seen Netcat's pic in Runner's Companion?  Obviously charisma was her dumpstat" :)

When showing off Shadowrun at JimCon, I had the pic of Netcat with the subtitle "Elven Chicks in their Underwear, Sexy no?"  (I couldn't bring all my books, so I brought some examples of stuff.).

It was the most popular poster I made.  ;D  (I gave full props to the people who made it, and didn't claim I did anything at all, I assure you folks.).

Just imagine how someone without an innate Charisma bonus would look after going into the the 'trix so deep they need to hook up to IVs and such ahead of time.
