"That was fucked up, chummers." Fractal touches his side, where a bruise is clearly visible. "Sorry, I guess I as a little careless. Let's stop for a little while, let me see if there's something I can do to alleviate the pain."

Fractal takes out his shirt and armor (good thing that he was wearing it at the time, it suffered most of the impact in his place), and opens his medkit. Due to the pain, the elf founds a little hard to focus on the practice needed.

4 (Logic) + 2 (Cerebral Booster 2) - 1 (Defaulting First Aid) + 6 (Medkit Rating 6) = 11 dice = 2 hits, no glicth*
*Sorry, I have forgotten the - 1 Stun Modifier. Anyway, the last die didn't hit, so the result is the same, and there's no damage healed; Fractal could only correctly diagnose his situation.
One more thing, Sent, how do you read the "patient has implants modifier" on the healing modifiers table (SR4A, pg. 253)? I don't know if it should be - 1 for each complete two points of essence or for each 2 points of essence or fraction; if it's the latter, them Fractal would also have a -1 on this test.

He cleaned the wound, but no procedure that he could do managed to aleviate the pain or make the bruise look any better. So he walked to Sam in order to try the same thing with him.

*Depending on how you read the rules, as questioned in the former test, it could be a -2 or a -3 modifier here (Sam has 1,325 Essence, so it's a 4 complete points of essence lost (2 X 2), and another fraction). Anyway, even dropping a die, the result continue being the same 3 hits. But it would be good to know for the next tests.

The pain was still being a bitch, but at least on Sam wounds Fractal was able to work miracles on the falling damage. It as if it had never happened. Lips can rest on this one, after all.

"Sorry Fractal, should have noticed the Hinges much sooner, then we would not be in this situation" Sam answered still holding his feet.

After Fractal applied his knowledge and expertise on Sam's injury Sam thanked him, "In  comparison to everything other what is hurting, i do not feel it anymore, you work wonders, thanks Fractal, now letš take a closer look here and then get out."

Sam takes a look on his Radar to see anything suspicions, some more traps or something similar.

Then Fractal turns his voice upwards, to better reach the others without needing to shout.

"Nope, Omar, no body is here, except ours. "

Fractal looks at the state of the walls, thinking about the place which could give them more support on climbing. "Is this rope coming or not?"

Well...I dont know about that rape, guys. If there is something like that going on, you better stay down there. And leave my dog out of that!

Mouse was still a little shake up by the wards, the machine sprite maintained Dobbey's posistion at the door as D1 went in with Unca Sam and Mr. Fractal, when all of a sudden the floor gave away. The next thing Mouse knows is that Unca Sam, Mr. Fractal, and D1 disappear with a thud loud enough to jerk Mouse out of his funk...at least for a moment anyway.

Unca Sam, Mr. Fractal? Are you guys all right?
Mouse will shine his flashlight down the hole to see if they are alright while Dobbey keeps watch. This really hasn't been Unca Sam's day.

When everybody is at the gallery, i.e. D1, Fractal and Sam finished climbing up the robe, Lips move closer to the door. He signals everybody that he will check through the door through astral space.

Doing so, he kneels next to the door and switch to astral space, where his fire/combat spirit floating next to him, await his first (and only...) order. Lips only put the tip of his head through the door, ready to retreat in case, the Aztech-mage has stationed some nasty spirit behind it.

While Lips is astraly scouting the doors ahead, Fractal keeps a close eye at his body; he knows that if a mage spirit is attacked while it is roadtripping away from it's body, the wounds have a tendendy to appear in the flesh as well. If anything seems strange, he will rush to the doors to verify what's going on.

Sam Tries to stand as close to the room as possible to use his radar sensor to take a peak into it. his taser ready and fully loaded just in case there is some problems approaching.
