I know I've said pm, but things somewhat changed. I decided to lower my expectations about wanting every character to be super-unique, but even with that, we have a problem...

Netzgeist, Farothel! Please compare the two characters. Maybe it's only me, who sees a pattern here, but one thing is for certain - the amount of overlapping. You can decide to bring them, I have only minor problems in the sheets that can be repaired quickly, but maybe one of you want to try another archetype? Anyway, play this out between yourselves, if you want to have a magic heavy play, I can think up something (we have a third mage incoming, but he's all droned up, so he's a little different - I hope )

We don't have a hacker-technomancer (I don't mind if I don't have to concentrate that hard on matrix, but I think I can manage if you want to play one. Remember, though, he has to be good in at least two things, so he cannot spend his whole time in the matrix). Your rigger is controlling small animals, so a more traditional rigger can be fitted in, we absolutely don't have a gunslinger (two things!) yet, or a detection mage, or a face so you have choices.

I'll try to make a gunslinger, secondary hacker.  That keeps the matrix stuff light, but we can do it if we have to.  I'll look this evening at home, where I have all my books.  In this configuration I'll probably make an ex-merc, but I'll work out the details later.

Ouch, that was some real overlapping...

Well, the thing is, I've really wanted to play a mage (I haven't played one in quite a long time), but I thought farothel's one seem a little bit more capable. If I would change to another concept, I would do a bio-samurai, so it would still fit in our necessities.

If you have no problem changing your character, farothel, that's ok. If you preffer not to, then I have no problem in doing it.

Please, one of you, keep your character. If both of you change archetype, then we are in the same situ

And Netz, if you change, do like farothel suggested - gunslinger/hacker or something like that (actually a gunslinger who dabbles into the riggers world - driving and/or roto-droning and machine gunning their asses would be a good addition )

So go ahead and decide, I actually liked the tridmage, but I'm happy with a gunhacker too

Well I see we got heavy on the Magical end of things. From what I understand we have a Shaman, chaos mage, and combat specialist? I think for balance's sake I should grab up either  a face or ex-cop role. I have characters for just about anything (Including a technomancer, but I really don't like playing that little Egyptian kid.
