Hopefully, the greatest trouble I was having (house sewer system decided it's not time to work anymore) was mostly solved in less time than I thought it would, so consider myself ready again!

Also, I don't know how many players are in the game (I guess we are three by the time being, but I'm not that sure), so I don't know how many beings were summoned by Kobal. Alex would like to assense all of them as soon as they meet.

At first i though you meant something like House of Sewers as a game reference.... was quite confused ;-)

But i do have a question. Whats meant with the "Joke of the Century", in which case they would be allowed to complete it - meaning we are not to stop them? Is it kind of an institution for the prince of mockery, dark humor and prank?

Yes, the Joke of the Century is an institution. And a way to gain a significant prestige/glory among the kobalites.


Kobal will reward handily, those who perform it.  But it must be real good (TM). Preferably humilitating the host of heavens.

FYI, when I talk about Asmodeus he is a Djinn Demon Prince of the Game, that sees the Symphony and the War as a massive, high-stakes game. He applies this framework to just about everything. His main duty as far as Hell goes is maintaining discipline in the ranks of unruly infernal horders as well as the pursuit and recapture of Renegades. Asmodeus's Word also ties into the corruption of Judgment, as well as literal games and gamesmanship. It's said that Asmodeus has been most firm in law firms and legislatures, places where the law is less about justice and more about establishing who wins and who loses.

I just recovered my computer from system crash and have not found my Chummer data yet, so IMO the only place Rayden ha his stats is on Omae. Would you be able to export it and post it here so I know what Im playing with? :P

The passing through drivers auras is of course only a little fluff - more precisely it is touching them and rubbing with them. You are fast enought not to be bounced upward by the clashing auras. But the feeling isn't nice nevertheless. It is not possible to read anybody's thoughts by touching their aura, only emotions, by a proper assension roll.

I meant that being entangled by some awakened plants might stop my movement in one plane, but could not (rulewise) prevent me from switching planes. So it couldn't be a real excuse for the delay, but i couldn't think of something more plausible right now.

Background count, yikes. You can see it right there poisoning the air blue...

also, I don't think that metahumans are the only being capable of summoning power (and that could bind the spirit to the plane) - I don't see any reason entagled bush couldn't evolute to grow summonning power to bind spirits (much like flowers, spread feromones to mesmerize bugs to guard them)

so the story actually gives me an idea *evil grin*
