Another adept for comment...I love them!  This time she's a bit more established (nearly 60 karma!), a little bit of a jack-of-all-trades but principally an infiltrator.

Some pointers on mistakes I've made would be welcome but advice on where she should go from here would be great!

I really dislike IPA, because it's so overcosted. .75 PP per stat point?

In terms of future development:
The Ingram Smartgun X is a solid gun because it comes with innate sound suppressor but is only R, not F. The Ceska Black Scorpion is not a very good gun and I recommend buying some better ones. Check the various SMG users in my sig (specifically the Combat Hacker as a non-gyromount-user) for some good ones. The short list:

B&P MP-9 for concealability.
Ingram Supermach for Stick-n-shocking or Capsule Rounds which I see you are using.
Ingram Smartgun X (which you have) for restricted Sound Suppressor.
Ares Executive Protector for murdering people with a briefcase.
Ares Alpha can hit 8 RC without needing high strength or 'ware. It's not as good at SnS/Capsule as the Ingram Supermach but is better with other ammo.
The Ares HVBR can outdamage any other automatic with non-SnS/Capsule ammo, and has the best range as well. You would need a Gyromount Harness to use it to full effect, though.

Obviously you may want to buy other things first, but guns are not that expensive. Investing 20000Y or so in a nice armoury may well pay off.

Install more 'ware, enough to lose another point of magic (and burn out those +Agi and +Str powers), then buy the magic point back with 20 karma and buy better powers. You can eat up 1 point of essence with some combination of Muscle Toner 3->4, Muscle Augmentation, Suprathyroid Gland, and Reflex Recorders and come out well ahead of where you are now. I'd also think about a partial cyberlimb with a nanohive for Neocortical, or even a full cyberarm for that, and shooting people with SMGs pew pew.

Long-term, think about Synaptic Boosters and dropping Improved Reflexes. They are far less Essence than IR costs PP.

Depending on how your GM interprets astral stealth, you might need Astral Perception to hide from spirits or other astral observers. I suggest asking about this - it's been argued endlessly back and forth and all that really matters is what your GM says.

Am I missing some armor? I think you can put on another 2/3 worth. A carbon-boron threaded suit of Quizzel Fairy Wings would complete your outfit fabulously. You could also use PPP, or Carbon-boron any of the 1/1 pants in Arsenal, or several other options. Unless you are willing to use Softweave, I don't think you can swing getting a -2 concealability to items hidden under it armor, but if you are willing to, you can use FFBA+Synergist Longcoat with Softweave +0/3 of PPP gear to get there.

Consider getting a melee-hardened gun that has the "can be used as clubs" property. You may often want to shoot people in the face while still being able to apply Clubs to defense.

I suggest carrying one of the nifty electric-damage clubs. Your strength is too low to do much melee damage but taser clubs always hurt.

If the first initiation was with group & ordeal it only costs 8 karma instead of 10.
