"I only think its safe because I literally glanced at the trid and saw that particular parking garage in the background of a random news report. Kind of like throwing a dart at a map. Also it's not unusual to see people gather there if someone they know is extremely ill. Plus parking garages don't have roving patrols. And if you're worried about cameras those can be looped once we arrive." He turns the image back to himself, "Again, if not everyone is comfortable we can certainly meet at another location..." Snow grins "... just don't be too concerned if I seem a little spooked."

Outside you can see some a group of 20 somethings looking for something to do, slowly wandering to the nearest bar.

Snow activates his commlink and leans against the dusty vehicle. Although he didn't bring his colt he was smart enough to strap on his vest underneath his faded soycaf tee and leather jacket. As Snow patiently waits for the others he uses his commlink to get an idea of the general area such as streets, businesses, and such.

Stepping out into the street Voodoo catches public transportation down to the general area and walks to the site. Walking around Voodoo looks around for anyone that seems to be loitering.

Keeping his hands out of his pocket he slowly approaches and simply says, "Are you acquainted with Tween by chance? My name is Snow and it's a pleasure to finally meet you in the flesh."

When Steam gets off vehicle, he takes his time to approach the randez-vous point. When he is sure there is nothing obviously harmfull, and even police/traffic/tourist gides and infopoints for the area seems to be silent and peacefull, he continues to the parking lot.
Two figures approaching each other would be enought to know exactly where to go, and AR signature Snow transmits makes it even easier. Both personel seems to be unarmed, as they agreed upon. Steam grins sarcasticaly and crosses the street to approach those two.
