Hoi chummers!

I'm gamemastering a run where the characters are trying to break in to Manadyne Boston HQ. I'd like to use some written SR material as reference when designing the building security.

Can someone point me where I could find something of similar security level? As much as I like the way Catalyst games writes their books I couldn't find any spesific sec plans in Corporate themed books I have. I bet some of the SR Missions migh have what I need, but which one?

It varies extremely widely from writer to writer. Some adventures have resorts that seem to have higher ratings than Ares nodes. Are you looking for security source (what kind of security precautions exist) or for stats on security systems?

I think Ghost Cartels has a few basic security layouts in it, but you'd probably be just as well off eyeballing it on your own based on how hard you want it to be for your team. If you're just looking for source material, I suggest the old Corporate Security Handbook if you can find it cheap.

You might try SRM03-10 Spin Control, which has plans for two floors of high end offices, or SRM03-04 Monkeywrench which has Research labs. Or even SRM02-05 Through a Rose Colored Display Link, which has some IT facilities.

Basicly I'm looking for a security source. Stats are secondary, but definitely useful.

Are you looking for a security handbook as in a "how to" type book?  Its old (SR2) but Corporate Security might be what you're looking for.  The stats are a little dated but the ideas and techniques are still valid.
