Quick question while making my backup, do you allow technomancers to take an additional level of Resonance in lieu of an  Echo, and do you allow Echoes to be purchased at 15 karma each?

Not the most familiar with technomancers so let me read those rules.

The gain a level of Resonance is just a house rule I find commonly on PbP for Technomancers and Mages, while the purchasing extra ones are found in Unwired.

Likewise, for Chummer's Options, do you make essence loss affect maximum or actual level?

Essentially i want to make a technomancer gunslinger using Biowire and and Acceleration.
