Hey folks,

I'd heard here that the street dates for Conspiracy Theories and Colombian Subterfuge were January 25th and February 15th, respectively.  My FLGS (here in the UK) got Corporate Intrigue last week, but hasn't heard of either Conspiracy Theories or Colombian Subterfuge - does anyone have any idea when they should be available in dead tree format?

These have been released here in the US...have no idea timing lag for release in the UK.  However, both are available on Amazon UK (though only Conspiracy theories directly), so the issue may be with your FLGS and/or their distributor.

Thanks, AJC.  I've started chasing up my FLGS again; normally they have no problems getting stuff in (and they even reserve copies of SR stuff for me without me needing to ask!) so this is all pretty unusual.

Don't know about the UK, but there's been delays in Canada over "Anti-Government Manuals and Training Aids" being stopped at the border.

Don't fret, I was going to be pulling the boat out of storage in a few weeks... and as a former Coastie I know all sorts of spots where I can slip across Lake Superior unmolested. I'll start smuggling you guys copies of Shadowrun products, you can pay me in black market tapes of Hockey Night in Canada to sel to my freinds south of the Mason-Dixon. (Poor folks have to make due with ESPN hockey coverage. The horror.)
Evil looms. Cowboy up. Kill it. Get paid.

If the paperwork isn't done exactly as CANADA CUSTOMS wants it done, they hold things up for any reason whatsoever.

That's one example I've heard my FLGS given.  As Winnipeg is close enough to the border, them sometimes do a big pick-up and just drive it back rather than dealing with stupidity.

Jet Set just arrived last week, but there's still no sign of either Conspiracy Theories or Colombian Subterfuge.  My FLGS' distributor hasn't heard of either  ???

Anyone from CGL got any idea what's going on here?

Failing that, has anyone else from the UK managed to score these from their FLGS?  I'd like to avoid giving my money to Amazon when I could be supporting a local business.

Edit: Both books finally turning up next week!  Yay!
