So Far Ive heard only about Archangel Bounty Redemption Center at Chicago, which is mentioned in Artefascts: Midnight, and related CrossCorp, mentioned in Feral cities. Is there any more info on those groups? In some other books I may had missed? Thanx 4 advice.

It is mentioned in Sticks' entry in Street Legends that all the major corps have boards listing their missing assets (not that they admit it), and the US Marshals have a board; I imagine most law enforcement agencies have boards.

About the only thing I can think of atm, and I just scanned the Law chapter in Vice.

With this also other question is closely related:

What licence would be necessary to oerate in this business, and what would this Licence encompass: Would it be possible to have acess to "R" rated gear withou further complications with authorities?

IDN what is legit even in RL in this kind of business...and if it IS generaly legal enterprise (I gues it depends on geographical)

Well in game it really depends on you GM's decision regarding licenses. I would probably make you buy other licenses for you gear, but the bounty hunter license would be enough to let you capture and transport fugitives (which can be extremely useful with a good hacker to forge bounties).

In real life, it varies largely from state to state, but 90% of the time you have to have the rest of your licensing done separately. It's similar to a Private Investigator license, it just lets you do the job, not carry the things you need to do the job. Most states separate the licensing as much as possible so that if you're traveling to a state where part of you licensing isn't valid it doesn't drop everything (for instance if you get a concealed carry permit in Arkansas, a lot of other states won't recognize that conceal carry license if you travel to them. If it was directly tied to your bounty hunter license, that would most likely end up voided too since they are usually regarded as a binary valid/invalid rather than not/partially/fully valid.)

I personally do profession licences separately from weapons/ware/foci/armour licences, when I remember to do profession licences.

In Mississippi, a licensed bountt hunter has:

Minimum 1 million dollar insurance policy
Bail Bondsman's License, requiring the endorsement of a fellow Bondsman
Concealed Carry Permit
Bounty Hunting License, requiring a Bondsman license and the endorsement of a fellow hunter

I work in private security, but the owner of our company...dabbles in collecting bounties. The legality is questionable at best once you start crossing state lines.
