Quote from: Surprise test
4 (Intuition ) + 3 (Reation) - 2 (Wound modifiers) = 5 dice = 1 hit, no glitch

Never the first to shoot, but benefiting from darkness cover, Fractal walked towards the guard and pulled the trigger twice.

Quote from: Attack test
Two simple shots with a Semiautomatic Taser (Yamaha Pulsar - Damage 6S(e), -half AP. All recoil compensated.

First Shot = 5 (Augmented Agility) + 1 (Pistols) + 2 (Taser specialization) + 2 (Smartlink) - 2 (Wound Modifiers) - 3 (visibility modifier) + 3 (Point Blank) = 8 dice = 3 hits, no glitch
Second shot = 5 (Augmented Agility) + 1 (Pistols) + 2 (Taser specialization) + 2 (Smartlink) - 2 (Wound Modifiers) - 3 (visibility modifier) + 3 (Point Blank) - 1 (Uncompensated recoil) = 7 dice = no hits, no glitch

But trembling hands form fear, hurt and anger does not help, even at this distance.

You missed bonus +3 for surprise and -3 for ultrasound in total darkness -> which actually doesn't change anything

Intuition(3) + Reaction(5) -6 for low light enhancement in total darkness -> 2d6.hits(5)=1 not surprised, defense applied

point blank is +2 not +3
-1 hit from the first shot, no change for second shot obviously

defence -> Reaction(5) -> 5d6.hits(5)=3 dodged.

goon shot back -> two short bursts
Agility(5) + Automatics(4) + Specialization(submachines, 2) + Smartlink(2) - Visual modifier(6) + Point blank(2) - Recoil(first burst, 2) + RecoilCompensation(1) - Recoil(second burst, 3) ->  8d6.hits(5)=3, 5d6.hits(5)=3
damage values 5P + net hits, both dodged at -2
Sorry for a small delay ;)

Quote from: solving damage
3 (Reaction) - 2 (wound modifiers) - 2 (dodging a burst) = nope. Also, obviously, it only get's worse for the second one.
Damage Resistance tests
First shot (8P)
3 (Body) + 5 (Auctioneer Business Suit Ballistic Armor) = 8 dice = 1 hit, no glitch
7 Physical Damage Inflicted
Second Shot (8P)
3 (Body) + 5 (Auctioneer Business Suit Ballistic Armor) = 8 dice = 1 hit, and it's a glitch
Seven or more physical damage inflicted.
Anyway, Fractal's Physical Damage Track has 10 boxes, and he just filled up 4. Exactly one more than the sum of his Physical Damage Monitor and his Body Attribute, so that's the second man down on this run.

The biomonitor of the runner in the basement chimes an eerie sound, and all the team perceives a brief "critical" flashing in Fractal's health icon, just before it becomes completely silent...

Panic erupted....

thirty or so bodies trampling over themselves strom upward ...
The automatic fire in the darkness was mroe then their nerves could handle

there were pained shrieks, broken bones, women trampled over the stairs, sidearms fired
but surprisingly no shots trying to stop them down there (as all the yakuza guards were busy destroying Dobbey)

That is thrill seeker, comming to the end of the road.

Omar has bad taste in his mouth. Last few minutes tore the team apart and there is only a little to fight for on this battlefield. On the other hand...some promissess have been made, and it is time to fulfill them or die trying.

2nd:
complex action used for full defense.
Free action: Switch back to VR

3rd IP:
He takes a second to send commands to D1...
D1: Short bursts, individual targets according to threat level. Hold position
Rover: Accelerate in designed trajectory. Full throttle.

...and then jumps right into Dalmatian node.

D1: Not that shooting civilians exactly matters for dogbrain, well as tacnet assigns only low threat level to them, D1 knows who is the right enemy:

2nd+3rd IP: New set of commands
Switch to Burst fire:
Targets: dodging yaks on the left side (the only visible targets)
Pilot(3)+Targetting(3)+Smartgun(2) (8d6.hits(5)=4, 8d6.hits(5)=2, 8d6.hits(5)=3, 8d6.hits(5)=4)
Short narrow bursts:
4x DV8S(e) + nethits

CT3: INI 14
1st IP
With the situation bellow in targeting sights, Omar fells almost like a surgeon from heaven. The first bullet belongs to the man threatening Larzarus:
Sensor(6)+Gunnery(4)+Smartgun(2)+VR(2)+Rig(2)-DS(2)-Spamzone(1) (13d6.hits(5)=3)

As Rover engine roared, yakuza goon trying to hide behind the van was left in the cloud of dust. and smoke from tires. Not for long time:

Sensor(6)+Gunnery(4)+Smartgun(2)+VR(2)+Rig(2)-DS(2)-Spamzone(1) (13d6.hits(5)=4) (Reduce-2 for second target, result unaffected)

@Mouse: Brace yourself for impact!!!

Init rolls -agent: pilot4 + response5=9d6.hits(5)=2 11
Mouse: Intuit5x2 +1=11d6.hits(5)=2 13
The agent with Mouse, points out a list of several possible exploits from the easiest to the hardest. Mouse parses the list and selects the one he wants to use, it's more difficult, but its faster. Mouse pokes around the hole in the wall. Any hole is big enough for a mouse to get through. Mouse's icon slips through the hole appearing on the other side. No alerts. As the whiskers on his icon give a satisfied twitch a message from Unca Omar takes form "hang on".

Throwing the best exit strategy he already compiled to Unca Omar, Mouse proceeds to inhibit traffic to secure their route. First he will delete all other admin, security, and user accounts (other than guest) that will buy him some time.
That should complete the last ct.

The goon on the street to the left, shot twice toward the drone (feel free to call him stupid or hero).
The goon on the street to the right, (both wounded and healthy) flee (the healthy one carry the wounded one).

One of the goons inside have a clear view on incoming van and shoot a two short burst toward the van. Remaining ones delayed.
The guard in the casino checks, who the hell was that guy that tried to shot him.

Quote from: ooc
goon at the street:
first shot called shot for damage, second normal ones, on both shots recoil compensated.
free action - called shot
simple action - shot
simple action - shot
Agility(5) + Pistols(4) + Specialization(semiauto, 2) + LaserSight(1) - WoundModifier(1) - CalledShot(4) - MediumRange for light pistol(1) + GroupEdge(first shot only, 2) -> 8d6.hitsopen(5,6)=4, 10d6.hits(5)=2
Damage Value 8P + net hits on first shot, 4P + net hits on second.

Quote from: ooc
goon inside
free action - yell warning
simple action - short narrow burst
simple action - short narrow burst
Agility(5) + Automatics(4) + Specialization(submachines, 2) + Smartlink(2) - Recoil(first burst, 2) + RecoilCompensation(1) - Recoil(second burst, 3)  -> 12d6.hits(5)=5, 9d6.hits(5)=2
Damage Value 5P + net hits + 2(burst fire) - note that the last bonus does not apply when comparing to armor
Defense is possible, but will cancel chance to break into the building (you'll have to roll another maneuver test to avoid simple side crashing into the wall)
Sorry for a small delay ;)

Katsua delays. ending the round.
unless Mouse or his agent is doing something. Omar has 2IP and 3IP.
The goons delays, and at the moment of impact take full defense to dodge out of the way if the van crashes in (the one that was shooting will use his next CT action to do so)

crashing resolve:
this is an old, but well maintained building -> structural material (a little stronger than a brick) (Armor 14, Structure rating 11 per square meter) The van will hit at the weakest point which in this case is a security door (Armor 8, Structure rating 9 per sq. meter)
The front of the Van is about 2x2,5 meters -> 5 meters, with average Armor 11 and total structure rating of 40 (mostly doors).

correct me if I'm wrong, but I think armor doesn't stack for additional sq. meters...

The van having ramming plate allows you to reach 49 DV + net hits on vehicle test when accelereated to 60, which means you need to resort to running speed and score at least one hits on vehicle test (assuming autobuy here).
Damage resisted by the van is 13P and passengers (Omar and Mouse) is 13S, both can use half impact armor to soak.

Make vehicle test (-3 for running) with a treshold of 2 to avoid crashing (if failed apply DV of 26 instead of 13 for both vehicle and passengers) - please roll this one isntead of buying, since you have some damage, and there is a possibility of glitch, making passenger damage P instead of S. net hits over this roll reduce both vehicle and passengers damage.

One more thing: crashing the car thogugh the wall is spectacular. Making it so to save (or avenge) a team member makes it heroic. Point of edge replenished.

After deleting the given accounts, Mouse will work on the traffic jams. Turning all the lights at the intersections red, suggesting detours to areas to help further jam up desired intersections. The trick is to make sure our primary and secondary escape routes aren't blocked.

Mouse will make sure his seatbelt is fastened. Hold on could mean anything.

CT3/ D1 ini:
Pilot(3)+Response(4) (7d6.hits(5)=2)=9

Drone tries to avoid incomming fire, well since its owner hadynt installed the defense autosoft yet, Drone wasnt too successfull:
Response(4) (4d6.hits(5)=1)
DV 8+1P incomming:
Body(3)+Armor(6) (9d6.hits(5)=4)
5P inflicted.

Second shot bounced of the armor harmlessly.
Now you got pissed it off.
2nd IP:
Pilot(3)+Targetting(3)+Smartgun(2) (8d6.hits(5)=1) (removing 1 dice for damage, doesnt chnge result)
Pilot(3)+Targetting(3)+Smartgun(2)-damage(1) (7d6.hits(5)=3)

DV: 8S(e)+Nethits

3rd IP:
Ammo low, burst fire not possible:
Switching for single shots
Pilot(3)+Targetting(3)+Smartgun(2)-damage(1) (7d6.hits(5)=2)
Pilot(3)+Targetting(3)+Smartgun(2)-damage(1) (7d6.hits(5)=3)
6S(e)+nethits

Omar:
2nd IP:
Transfer data: @Tabitha

Mission acomplished. Now, it is personnal.

The guy on the street behind Rover doesnt seem to be dead enought:
Sensor(6)+Gunnery(4)+Smartgun(2)+VR(2)+Rig(2)-DS(2)-Spamzone(1) (13d6.hits(5)=4)
8P AP-7

3rd IP:
Jump back to rover. Throught the cable, the flow of data between Rover and Omar was crystal clear: There is no noise, just peace, incomming fire and the wall to breach...and a few guys to kill.
As Rover eliminates last meters, centimeters and milimeters to the building, Omar unconsciously started to growl, deep in his throat, attuned to the roar of the engine.

For a nanosecond, it feels like inside the eye of the hurricane. Calm like in heavens.
Response(5)+Ground/Remote(5/7)+VR(2)+Rig(2)+Nanites(3)+Handling(1)+Offroad suspension/Tires(2) (22d6.hits(5)=5)
-5 dices for -2, dumpshock, -3 running. means 2 hits. Thresshold met

and then there is the pain:
Rover breaks the wall and as ramming plate absorbed most of the impact
Body(13)+Armor(20) (33d6.hits(5)=14)
the only thing that is wrong is the dust and debries all over. Will need to find car wash once this is over:

For Omar and Mouse it doesn`t look that nice. Being inside the metal box when metal box hit the wall hurts most times. And this,
Body(4)+1/2 Impact(3)+Passenger protection(2) (9d6.hits(5)=0)
reroll with edge
Body(4)+1/2 Impact(3)+Passenger protection(2) (9d6.hits(5)=4)
this hurts really bad.
