Eye had been happy when she had seen Jack again, even though the reason wasn't.  And when he told her that he could arrange for her to work with some people he knew, she had jumped at the occasion.  She needed something to pay the bills.  What she had seen at the restaurant had tempered her enthousiasm.  She didn't know what had happened to the guy's crew, but his manners were absolutely sub-par.  Exactly what she had seen when they raided tempo houses.  She had to remind her that now she was at the other side of the law and even when she was still on the force, there had been assholes.  So she concentrated more on Tabitha, who looked quite exotic.  While she didn't spent too much time on her appearance, she did like to do so from time to time, so she tried to get some tips out of the other woman.

Omar is a mundane that seems to be going on the last drops of the soul energy, more a machine than a men. His cyberware is located in his head and there are quite a lot of them.

His soul is torn between hatred, revenge and fury with sparks of compulsion and kindness mixed with depression and saddness. On top of that his aura is shredded where the body has been wounded and it seems he really took some beating lately.

Such volatility in aura isn't common, certainly you will recognize his aura if you ever meet him again.

His essence is much lower than yours and there are no astral signatures present on him.
btw. there was a -1 visibility modifer due to aura noise in the place. but no change for the number of hits.

Mouse will do a background check of his own. Making sure this lady friend of Mr. Diamonds is whom she says she is. He will use facial and voice recognition matching and if he can grab the SIN from her com link, he will see whom she's posing as in the virtual realm.

So firing up the browser suite in his com link he runs some checks. He thought about having one of his electronic friends help, but he was already beat (literally beaten) in the last several hours; figuring he would pass out from the strain. For the time being Unca Omar needed him conscious; just in case.

@omar: the Mage seems to check out. What bothers me though is that her contract termination was agreed on by both parties. With such a stellar record, why switch to running?

When Mouse arives, Omar is stil stiring the same glass. He nods at him as he sit at the table and waited until waitress took care of his order.
