Nay bitch, you get it all wrong. Despites what you`ve seen on that feed, those who died there were killed due to their own deeds. I did what was necessary for the mission success and then Ive tried to do everything else to get them out of there. No matter how loud you scream around, Morgan knows the score. You can anytime get the fuck out of here and continue fucking around for a few bucks, which is the only field you seem to be experienced enought, while you aren`t able to keep your self restraint even when talking to me.

Omar was done with her. If she wasn`t able to stay calm during the meeting with him, he dont think he can rely on her when she will be negotiating with some real oponent. Baby`s got a temper, but not a self controll.

Quote from: ooc
John, Silk judge intensions rolls please

Quote from: Judge intentions test
Not sure if you asked that for me or for Xzyl. Anyway, here it goes:
4 (Intuition) + 4 (Charisma) + 3 (Empathy Software) = 11 dice = 4 hits, no glitch

The ork politely raised both his hands and bowed his head asking for calm from the two contenders. "Both points are valid, and if you take your time to analyze both ways of taking things, you will understand how the implications of being right here make this situation quite partial." John knew he wasn't being clear saying that, but he thought Silk would understand he was considering she had the upper hand on the argument side, although Omar was the one with the strategic situation of calling the shots. "We started it with the wrong foot, but maybe that can be measured out."

He turned to the girl: "I give you that you are quick to assense the talk and build up arguments - and I'm really glad for it -, but understand that I trust my fixer's trust. If she says that it pays on the long run on running with this guy, I will believe it, until I have reasons to doubt her judgement." The ork stresses the last part of his sentece.

And then he turns to Omar: "Frankly, I can't even imagine what you think of as a test. Really, if we are as good as we are thinking we are, we can't simulate a situation in which our skills will be really put to use. That will need a real problem, which hardly will qualify as a test. And so far, what I've seen is nothing more than a lack of communications. If you trust your fixer - and I take that she is a big figure - , then you should ask me no proof. If you can't trust your teammates... hell, I don't believe we can work it out. So what's your idea, for both of us?"

Ah, the test. You see, we have the real situation at hand. Like I said before, our cover-ops specialist was the one who compromised the situation at the first hand...with all consequences. Well he was also the first one to die. With no connection to the mission, whatsoever. His past get on him. This risk Im trying to avoid here. For the challenge I was talking about...This man could have left some resources behind. Not that material is cheap or for free, and everything we can use in our advantage is a plus. Well his loft, no matter how good I know the place, is wired boobytrap, since he was also our demo expert. I lack the skill, or the drone, that would be helpfull in searching the place and retrieving whatever usefull was left there. On the other side, this is your field of expertise. Not to bring me the toys. Keep it yourself if you wish. To retrieve resources that could be helpfull in our future missions. Do we understand each other?
About this failure here...I admit I was intentionaly provoking. And from what Ive just heard and seen she possess even more immediate security threat than Sam was. Because if she isn`t able to keep her compulsive temper under controll when talking to me, I dont want to see her loosing her temper when dealing with Kirillov or someone else. And if I recall Tabbitha`s words correctly "he say you`re OK, you`ll get the job". I`m not about to put myself and the kid into such danger.

The gentleman, ponders for a little while. "Let me just make it clear so that we really know we are on the same page on this one. I can pretty much slither in and out of most situations, and ministering some subtle but effective lead prescription falls into my line of work prerogatives. But I think here is where the similitude between my dealings and the ones of your former "ninja" ends. I do not deal in explosives. So if you are wanting me to break into his place, take what I can and get back, that's fine, but I won't be dabbling with the traps, just avoiding them. Playing "red wire, blue wire" is a thing I find better left for trid shows."

I've expected nothing more. As soon as we are done here I'll send you the floorplan and every tactical data we have on that place.

Starting with the 3 firewall Iris Orb OS.
Hack on the fly (Admin): (I made 3 rolls)
Hacking(4+2spec)+Exploit(5+2)+2TM=
15d6.hits(5)=3, 15d6.hits(5)=7, 15d6.hits(5)=7
I should make it in 2 attempts.

Mouse sliped through the hole he found, it wasn't too difficult to spot though it was a tighter fit than what he was used to. Before he had a chance to react, the system scanned his icon. Then a glitch so the system scanned his icon again. Another glitch.  The mute option was working, though it won't last long. The alarm will be triggered here shortly. Of all the rotten luck. This was supposed to be the easier node. His admin privileges would be enough to disable the alarm. He sent the command to the system to ignore the scanning of his icon and ignore any messages resulting from the scan. Now that the alarm was turned off and he had an all clear.

Mouse attempts to determine which node he is in: Snakebite's or Silk's and deposits the appropriate package. Considering this was just LAN configurations, tacnet, and some contact data. Mouse wasn't totally sure why Unca Omar didn't just send them the package and let them execute it themselves. I guess at the way his gruff negotiations tend to work, they may not trust what he sends them. Not like they have any reason to trust us if I just update their settings anyway w/o their permission. Hmmm...He decides that he will just notify them of the package and let them run it. That is after he takes a look at the readout of smart devices connected to this node. All this just to deposit a file; oh well, at least the next node should be a little easier to hack and he got to test out first hand the mute option he configured.

granted the admini priviledge, you scan the Snakebite's link and his peripherals.
Quote from: ooc
he carries SIN on his commlink for Thomas Gramarye with a license for bodyguard augementations, specifically restricted 'ware of Move-by-the-wire with an address in CAS sector
in the connections log, the last one is from Sam, you immediately verify if the number is unca Sam, but it must be some other guy.
the log of the matrix sites he frequents most often are surprisingly covering Philosophy and Blues, other topics include recent developments on weaponry and he is a paying member of the Whispers in the shadows streetnews feed.

there is also a nice package of software including FTL Matrixware Net Wizard (Analyze, Browse, Command, Edit, Purge), Blues Encyclopeadia, virtual surround music, denver mapsoft and empathy software

linked nodes:

the drone:
MicroWeave Spider (Small)
   +Small Drone Sensor
   +Tool Kit (Clothing Repair)

peripherals:
skinlinked peripherals (that's why you didn't identify it earlier)
- Earbuds with Audio Enhancement
- Contact Lenses with ImageLink, Smartlink and Flare compensation (saving you wonder how he operate those smartguns he carries)
- AR gloves
- Subvocal microphone
- simrig

smartguns:
Yamaha Sakura Fubuki ("Asuka") reporting silencer attached
Morrissey Élan ("Marcelle") also reporitng silencer attached
Ruger Thunderbolt ("Audrey") reporting underbarrel component active
Ares Viper Slivergun ("Aspis") with sound suppressor system

cyberware:
- Move-by-Wire System with Knight Errant Self-Defence activesoft package loaded (dodge and unarmed combat)

as you sneak around over the node appreciating the sculpture your own sniffing complex form detecting hidden nodes raise an alert. multiple nodes clusters closes rapidly. Switching to the Snakebites contact lense stream you can see that around the corner some fifty meters away a group of go-gangers speeds toward Omar and his talking partners.

Quote from: ooc
combat mode, no need for initiative yet, but actions no longer then 3 seconds please
visual perceptions roll with distracted and without perceiving in details
sound perceptions possible at additional -2
in both cases treshold 2 to notice.
Sorry for a small delay ;)

@omar: Unca Omar, you have company! Behind you around the corner and to the right 4 o'clock low! 50m and closing quick. <<ARO: of snapshot of gangers coming in>>

Mouse will immediately start scanning for the bikes nodes or other nodes belonging to the bikers. I already have a set of nodes that was already present before their arrival I will use this list to filter out nodes previously scanned.

EW(4+2spec) + Scan(3) +2 TM -2Sus=9d6.hits(5)=5

Their nodes start to filter in; he thinks that he has gotten a little better at scanning for nodes.

Omars eyes turn glassy as he enters VR.
@Mouse: Run that package
@Silk: 4 o`clock. Tactical update - run attached file[@Silk]
@Bittersnake: ...hell he already knows...
Jumps in D1, staying low
There was an audible sound of metalic parts moving in the sidecar.
Monitoring the situation throught FlySpy camera...
OOC: Running the package installs Tacnet 2 client. IDN if we have enought channels to provide bonus dices, but at least we will have shared pool and list of assets on site...

Silk was about to burst into another round of poisonous talk, but she spotted the gangers even before the commlink message alarmed her of their approach... It'd have to wait until later.
Run his friggin' file? As if. So far he's shown more hostility than these guys.
She remained sitting on the bench, showing no signs of having spotted the go-gangers.
"Who are they? More people you managed to piss off?"

Quote from: OOC
Perception, Visual + Audio (10d6.hits(5)=3, 10d6.hits(5)=2)
Bad rolls: forgot penalty for distracted. Scratching dice she still makes the visual check.
How many of them and how likely does it seem they'll attack?
Are they going full speed?

Quote from: Perception rolls
4 (Intuition) + 4 (Perception) + 1 (Hawk Eye*) = 9 dice = 3 hits, no glitch
*I'm considering that the go-gangers are at some distance, and that this modifier will apply. Anyway, even dropping out that die makes no difference.

Snakebite saw the gangers turning their way and speeding up. It took just a thought for him to activate his Move-by-Wire system, and a familiar sense of vertigo took him; not the dizziness which would make one feel ill and weak, but a sense of awareness and of control which drives the ork into exhilarating action. John, the gentleman was the guy which had turned his augmentation on. Snakebite was the one who was know quite clear of his guns positions, and ready to make use of them.

As the nodes filter in, Unca Omar's instruction to run the file on Mr. Snakebites commlink, came as a surprise. So far, they didn't trust us, nor we them. In order for this to work, some small measure of trust must first be established. In light of that, applying setting changes just before combat to someone who isn't expecting it (and is supposed to be on our side) didn't make much sense to Mouse. The Tacnet still needed to be updated with whatever channels Mr. Snakebite wants to upload. Since we didn't know which inputs to choose from, that was going to be a manual process anyway. All in all, Mouse didn't think the software and settings changes would benefit him at the moment. Besides, I have to make sure they don't accidentally shoot Unca Omar by mistake--why make it easier for them to do so?

While Mouse estimates their trajectory and the node for the lead bike, he watches the action from the eyes of snakebite. This is almost like call of duty he thinks to himself. He also starts to make possible exit strategies for all three.

Matrix Perception (for which nodes are for which bikers:
11 - 2sustaining:9d6.hits(5)=4

Data Search for exit routes:
data search(4)+Browse(2)+2TM-2sus:
7d6.hits(5)=3
