Whatever happened to Expendable Spell Foci and Specific Spell Foci? They were SR3 focus items. The Expendable ones added Force to one specific spell one time, and then were unusable, but the costs for each one were far lower. The Specific Spell Foci was crafted for - yep, you guessed it - specific spell chosen when it is crafted, and only provides it's bonus for that spell. On the other hand, they were pretty cheap. I re-added them to my game with a House Rule, but I can't for the life of me find these foci in the books.

The fetish rules sounds somewhat like specific spell foci, but other than that....

God rewrote the laws of medaphysics. think i mispelled that one. Or you could just say all data lost in crash.
Most likly the game desiners did not feel they where needed in the new system, or could be a over sight. The expendable foci had another benifit did not cost Karma. The specific spell foci is just a limited spell foci.
