So, my character for an upcoming campaign is going to be a former UCAS soldier, one who finished training just in time for Crash 2.0 to drop, and my GM has said that its most likely he'd have been sent to Africa to help with UCAS land-grabs in that region during the ensuing chaos.

That's cool with me, but I know frag-all about how Africa has turned out in the Sixth World and what happened there during the latest Crash. Could anyone here give me some suggestions on where to look for information on the shenanigans going on in Africa between 2064 and 2070?

Feral Cities' 86ish page section on Lagos also has information on the rest of Africa.

Corporate Enclaves (and Spy Games has an update for 2073) has information on Nairobi and the mass driver on Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Runner Havens has a small section on Cape Town.

Sixth World Alamanac has entries for Azania, Asamando, Egypt, Kenya, and the Kingdoms of Nigeria. And the first half of the book is a timeline and historical overview of the world.

War! has an entry on the Somalia area of the Ethiomalian Territories, and I followed up on some new developments in Mogadishu in Spy Games as NeoNET decided to step in after MCT screwed it over, but Horizon was hindering them for unknown reasons.

Spy Games also has some information on UCAS activities in Africa in 2073.

Awesome. Don't really need the 2073 stuff, but it won't hurt to look through it. Thanks!
