I'm running FoC for some friends of mine, but I'm trying to figure out when it is set. I'm guessing 2072 based on a few context clues such as a reference to the end of the tempo wars.

I'm fairly certain it is 2072. According to the fiction "Fistful of Credsticks" at the end of the book, Christy Daee's album Sunny Daee has just been released posthumously, and in Attitude it says that Sunny Daee is released in 2072.
